it's pretty cool that this was definitely recorded before Cates big game last night. The sacrificial plays for another players benefit is so true. His game winning goal was actually him just forcing pressure and taking a bouncing puck off the body to try to get it to his linemate for a break away. The way the puck bounced made it easier for Cates to just keep the puck, driving, deking, and scoring a great backhand goal that holds up to be the game winner. Let's hope he can find a way to play consistently like this.

I don’t remember seeing a player improve more over an offseason than Brink with his skating and forechecking, it’s been so cool to watch. Cates flashing again like he did his rookie season, good signs even though we lost a few tough games

Absolutely. Fortunately, guys like TK, Hathaway, and Frost have seemed to slightly improve from last year as well

I like Bobby Brink but the Flyers have Too Many small players ( its not His falt) Michkov, Konecny, Frost, and maybe Denver Barkey and SAMU Tuomalla coming Up one Day the Flyers should take a decision to have a bigger team especially when they made playoffs Will see 🤷🏒🤔

If they don't get the results, you know what they do? They end up drafting in the top five and have a chance at getting a Hagens, Martone, Misa, etc. They're rebuilding. They're going to lose more than they win. That's the reality.

I still hope they get some goaltending help as they had a chance to sign a proven goalie last season and even the season prior and chose not to.
