Tonight I want to share a quick side dish recipe with you! Looking for something to take to a potluck or just to have a fresh element with your BBQ? Keto friendly but most importantly it's super delicious!
Ingredients for Broccoli Slaw:
1 16 oz bag of broccoli slaw mix
1/2 cup diced onion
1 small cucumber deseeded and chopped
3-4 pieces of cooked bacon, chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing:
1 cup mayo
2 T monk fruit or natural sweetener of your choice
3 T white wine vinegar
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and celery seed to taste
Options:
Add more bacon! Oh, you can add some nuts or seeds for extra crunch also! Best if it sits for a few hours before serving or overnight
