Ugh, Australia is so beautiful. I miss living there so much! You’re so lucky

I need to explore it more to be honest, every time I go somewhere new in Australia I’m like wow hahaha I haven’t really even explored my own state well 😅

@@brodysearle I find making foreigner friends really helps with getting yourself out more! You kind of get to be a tourist of your own city that way

That’s interesting, maybe I should diversify myself more! Great tip!

Awesome vlog as usual and a great start to my morning, sad that there were no whales though. Literally felt like I was in the matrix, I started my morning with this video, but before that I got my coffee out with frothed milk and volteren gel for my knee, and then you start the video in almost the same way, you even said good morning 😂 Hoping to be able to do the run part of it tomorrow as my first run back 😊

Thank you!! Do you find the voltaren works? 😅

@@brodysearle Yeah for actively reducing pain and discomfort, I don't really know why you would sleep with it, for reducing inflammation during the night?
@brodysearle2 ай бұрын
Yep! It’s called the night wrap - have a google! Some triathletes around me swear by it, but I never found it worked 😅

@@brodysearle Never heard about it! I’ve slept with gloves soaked in moisturizer cream before, due to dry hands, but not with voltaren gel. Since I for sure would benefit from it, I might as well try it out. I’ll do it tonight, I can report back if you want my opinion 😅

What was your longest bike ride and run while training for your Ironman?
@brodysearle2 ай бұрын
I think my longest ride was 120km then I got injured, my longest run was from memory 21-22km but I had some double run days (then I got injured haha)

@@brodysearle this time round will be better and injury free. All the best! Will keep following your journey!

I would think you are gonna have less control of the bike if you get the hands and elbows so far back. Also seems like your elbows are right beneath your ears. And that is what most people recommend. Thats my thought😄🙌🏻

Makes sense! Thank you!! I’ll give it a go here for a while!! ☺️
