BROKEN BRONCO Almost Stopped us at the OffRoad Games

In today’s video, we attend the Matts Offroad Recovery games. firstly, I was partnered up with Seth from Berm Peak. In our trial runs on the trail we ran into Jefe‘s bronco. In our attempt to help we almost ruined our ability to compete in the games.

Great video, Rudy! Kudos to whoever was running cameras for you. Seth did a great job driving, and got better and more confident as the trail progressed. I also think it was wonderful that you guys shared the People's Choice recognition with Rory and Laura. The crowd sounded like they loved both teams equally. Rudy, my XJ is set up with less flex in rear "still running leaf springs" but a lot of flexibility in front-end. A stupidly HD rear bumper with tire mount, I can take spare tire mount off and add 2x2 tube. Then it's ridged enough to use as engine hoist about. Well i might have done that with it. 🤫

What a fun event to watch, lol! I'm sure it might be more fun to drive, but... Seth absolutely crushed his driving duties, for never have been wheeling before...! Tho, I would have been terrified to ride a bicycle down that trail, & he seemed to make it look like a lazy pedal to the park (saw it on his channel too, crazy!). Have you got air on the Rudicon? Airing up the tires will give you more lift height! In the future, maybe a pipe snipe should find its way into your tool kit. Maybe even 2. You might find some that fit alongside your struts!

rudy when u installed the supercharger did u put bigger fuel injectors in. then get the computer retuned for the upgrades.that could be some of your running issues.

I’m sure you know this, but you can’t just slap a supercharger on a stock vehicle and expect it to run right. The computer (especially OBD1) has upper and lower limits that it can “learn” for AFR. It absolutely needs a tune. Maybe I missed that part of your videos…
