Great video. Just one thing though. Regular RTV silicone is bad for wire insulation. Any silicone used on wiring should be electrical or electronics grade.

Great video thanks, I replaced the leg but it had some glue which had been done as a field fix & that other thing that was in the leg was stuck & it got broken when removing, do you know what it does or what its called I have looked every where but cant find it as a part any help would be appreciated

The microchip inside of my leg snapped in half. Does that need to be replaced? Half is still attached to the wire, but the other half is gone

Probably has to be replaced would be my guess

It does need to be replaced since it is the antenna.

@@NoNonsenseKnowHow Don't try to launch from a truck bed either. Also quick trick to calibrating, you can rotate yourself around keeping the drone in the same position rather than trying to rotate with two hands. The same concept as a "dizzy bat challenge" only in the air. LOL Also, I hope you don't mind I took a couple snaps of your video to use for an SOP I'm writing for school. One last thing, you must have a commercial license if you make any compensation from anything related to drones or aviation. You have quite a few subscribers, and I don't know if your channel makes you any money. Just be careful. Thanks for posting this.

Yeah ever since this happened to me I always make sure to launch it in a wide open area. And no I don't mind at all if you took a few snaps or clips from the video. No problem. None of my drone videos have made any money. But I never heard of that. Good to know! I appreciate the input
