Tom Hardy's most chilling performance this should have gotten more attention at the time it came out but a great performance will always outshine mass media hype. I also thought he stole the show in Revenant, since Leo only had to play sick and drool evetywhere. He always makes the coolest villians, he is turning into a Christopher Watkin type actor and I cant wait to see his future performances

Dicka Crew Legend is not that good, but it's accurate, but it's still a generic crappy spy movie, I'd rate that one a 6.5/10 Also, Legend didn't win an Academy Award for this year's oscars, but Mad Max: Fury Road did, which sums up my comment. This is the role that clearly got Tom Hardy the part to play bane. Its quite weird that some doubt he can live up to the role when those same people doubted Heat Ledger for joker. And we wound up with one of the best performances from him. Tom Hardy is finally getting his due

He was superb in Inception (along with all the cast) and Tinker and Warrior. He shares with Brando a hugely natural ease in front of camera, with charisma and unpredictability. A very skilled physical actor, and can speak with the eyes and act with his thoughts. The best make it look simple. Gosling is a case in point. Looks like he's not acting, because he's so good. Take any top sports person, or top anything, same thing.
