Father/Daughter Mahi Fishing Trip! Catch, Clean & Cook!

My dad and I head offshore to catch Mahi Mahi (Dolphin). We catch a bunch of bar jacks, and mahi one after another! The schools were just swimming down a giant patch of seaweed we found. I then show you how to clean a mahi, followed by a simple recipe for blackened mahi sandwiches!

I love families that fish together. I am a dad and grandpa and I have a family tradition that I have to buy the kids their first rods and take them fishing and crabbing for the first time. I have so many memories over the years. We mainly do catch and release, unless someone else fishing wants them.
