I had this lady who kept asking me loss mitigation questions and I said I need to get her over to loss mitigation so they can answer her questions and she was why do you not know the answers and I was like I am not loss mitigation certified and she said she didn't want to be transferred and so I escalated it so the "supervisor" could explain to her why she needed to be transferred over to loss mitigation and the "supervisor" wouldn't listen to me, she was why wont she let you transfer over to loss mitigation. This "supervisor" messaged me on facebook it was about making me loose my job, she was based in Texas. She contacted one of the bosses and he kept pointing out things. Also they never told us that we could make a pay off with out a payoff.
@KhorneyFishRawrFearMeh5 жыл бұрын
JayoJay well the "supervisor" I spoke to got me in all sorts of trouble she was refusing a call and I just wanted to explain to her that the customer would not let me get her over to the right place because she thinks I had the loss mitigation training. The "supervisor" kept interupting me and was like why should I explain why didnt you transfer over to loss mitigation. Then afterwards she kept messaging me on Skype and emailing me then later that night she messaged me on facebook

Been in customer service and the one that won't let you speak, that example was a little too passive. She got put some words in. The one that don't let you speak is the one where you can't even say, "thank you for calling etc etc." All you were allowed to say was, "tha," and that's it. I think they should make a reality show from customer service agents called "Unleash the beast!"

You are not qualified to help me! You need to put me through to a manager right now! I wont talk to anyone but a manager, so you need to get your manager! Manager manager manager!!" Bitch, if you'll shut up for like a second I will transfer the call to the manager, why you no shut up!? I was able to transfer her to the manager after 5 mins of "Ok transferring you now! Yup trans-.. .Yes maam I am trying to transf-.. Yeah I will right now-... Yeah! I am trying to!!!!!!! I AM TRYING TO TRANSFER YOU TO THE MANAGER!!!" I loved it! I need to say it: Is like working in the hell, customers are horrible especially in mobile services: 1-they call for stupid things like " I don't know how to use this device teach me how" 2- "why my bill is so high? " (Customer has several calls from Tokyo, Italy etc and did not activated the roaming, I even checked that and told him but he denies saying that he did not make those calls) 3- "I went to the store and they did not have the cell phone that I wanted, you have to refund me the money I spent going to the store" Me:* presses mute *, and you have to refund me for the headache that you are causing me right now. 4-Customer :I am in this "Y" carrier complaining about the services that I have with "X" carrier, and they can not help me so I demand that you come here to this "Y" carrier to help me with this problem. 5- * there's a child crying in the background and I could bearly hear the customer * : sorry can you repeat that again? Customer answer :Are you stupid or what? 5. "Can I speak with a US citizen? " (f**king racists) just to let you know, the majority of the call centers are not located in USA your called can be transfer to any country, because USA companies don't want to pay more money so they hire people in another countries because they are cheaper. (we are not "stealing the resources" because we aren't even in USA, so the Wall does not work when companies want us to do what was supposed to be your job) That means that if you ask that, we are going to put you in the f**king queue again and believe me you could wait hours and hours but you will never be attended by someone from USA. 6-me: sir I'm sorry but I'm afraid that you can not change the due date. Customer answers : you fucking b**ch your company Is sh*t, you are sh*t this is bullsh*t and I'm not going to pay that in the day that you want. Me (trying not to kill him or hang up) : Sir, I'm sorry but I can't change it you have to pay on that day and if you can't you can call us back when you have the money. Customer : Wow you are being rude with me. Me * screams internally* 7- Customer calls on saturday:I want the new IPhone to be delivered at my home right know! Me : but it takes 2 business days to ship it Customer: I don't care, you have to send it to me right now.,because I'm very important business woman and I need the cell phone right away. Me: *screams internally * 8- me: Sir I'm afraid that if you don't verify your information I can not help you. customer : you are useless I want to speak with your supervisor! Me: My supervisor is going to tell you the same Customer :I don't care TRANSFER ME TO YOUR SUPERVISOR NOW! supervisor : the agent is right, we can not help you if you don't verify your information. Me: "in your face b**ch" 9- Me: I'm going to put you on hold for a minute I'll be back in no time Customer :Ok take your time, I work in a call center too so I totally understand you, I can not understand why customers are assholes all the time. Me: *cries of happiness *someone understands it!! You are free to steal this comment and share it with the world, people remember that in a call center we try to help you but we can not help you if you are insulting us, giving stupid nonsense commands, and asking for the supervisor. We are people too, we are parents, we have jobs we have to deal with life everyday like you, so please help us to help you. Remember that we are Agents and customers too. *"Treat the others as you would like to be treated"* And if you don't care about it remember: we know where you live. Just saying...

If you can get out, congrats on making it out!! I work at one here in the UK and watching these types of videos makes me feel way less insane. Relate so much to this video!! Got it spot on! There's also customers who demand compensation for problems they had 3 years ago with their service but never reported them at the time and who just want to moan at you even though there's nothing you can do in CS/Sales to sort it. Seriously considering writing a comedy sketch about working in call centres because there is definitely reams of material for that!! I think most people survive it by miming expletives at the screen/hand gestures but outwardly saying I understand, what I will do for you is .... But seriously if you can, leave and never look back!! My last call ever at MCI was an obscene one. The caller was Russian and kept telling me he wanted to "come in my center". I kept telling him that he couldn't just walk in and he started to breathe funny. Then it hit me so I replied "Sir, you do not have my permission to come in my center".

This is accurate AF....the most annoying thing when they ask you why you are based ...and when you answer...they go like 'no wonder' , and sometimes they simply assume im a filipino...when i'm a Malaysian... 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Haha that’s exactly how it is!!! Loved it!! I also work in a call center but in my country it’s just yelling. People like asking you things while yelling..😂 If you don’t care much it could be fun🙈🤣

I can relate to most of these, but not all. There are also the harassment calls, for example, calling you and giving the phone to a child, or just ask for stupid things like what's the password for a game application on this phone. (working for a telecom company)
