Honestly, I feel nervous and excited at the same time haha. Good Day Rea, I'm also basically new in the BPO industry, but watching your videos and tip has helped me a lot to be able to land a job in the Call Center industry. I will be starting my training on June 15 and would like just to ask the difference between training at the office and home training? The company has opted for this because of our current pandemic situation. For me as a newbie, I would like to conduct my training on their office so that if I have any concerns, I can ask immediately them and vice versa. Hey Calvin, aside from the location, most likely the difference is that you will have more hands-on application in the office. But maybe your company has already found ways to make practicing easier and possible for you while you're working from home.
