Hello Lesley, Jordy, and William... another great video. It must have been a nice place in its day. I keep thinking of the feelings that elderly woman must have when she goes back to that house. As usual, I appreciate your respectful treatment of the places you visit. So glad, there has been no vandalism there.

It is so nice to come home after being away for a week and a half to find a new video by you. I subscribed at least a year ago because of the attitude and reverence you have for the things of the past. You treat these places with respect and point out the special details so we don’t miss the architecture and how the building was used. Having the barn attached helped to keep the people warm as well as the animals in Winter. You bring us WITH you, and make us a part of the exploration. Please never lose that love for the past that you have. This home was like a time capsule into a more thoughtful period, when small things mattered and things were not thrown away. We need to return to some of this thinking, to re-use empty containers and not dig so much garbage into the ground, to appreciate how things can find new purposes instead of just being thought of as junk. Sometimes the most humble homes can teach us more than the big palaces, but each have their own unique beauty and story...and I love that you appreciate all types of buildings for their own history. I know you spend time editing and making your video the best you can, but please don’t change too much. You bring us honest insight into these places, and you share your own feelings and emotions, that is your special magic, and I thank you for sharing it with me. 🖤🇨🇦

You are entirely welcome. I like how you are not only very respectful, but also how you show the beauty of this and every location you go to. Even though a lot of those places are deteriorating, they are still very beautiful and there is nothing quite like it. There is just something about they way old buildings and houses look, the design and the decor is unlike anything that you see today. It's unique and different, it has style, character and sometimes personality. It's hard to describe the feel I get when I see old places. The improvement I suggest is to ALWAYS wear a breathing mask because you are breathing in harmful black mold, asbestos, extreme amounts of dust and other bad things that get into your lungs and will make you extremely sick. One more suggestion and I'm not being mean, I'm helping you improve your English. When it comes to saying the years like 1907, you don't have to say nineteen hundred seven or nineteen hundred fifty two. All you have to say is nineteen o seven, nineteen fifty two or nineteen sixty six, just drop the hundred. It's easier to say and sounds better. Other then that, you are doing very well and don't change anything. And don't go to any haunted places. If you do, be very careful and even more respectful.

I find very little ever to critique honestly. I do however sometimes wish you would share some of the history of why or where places were built as they were. What did your countrymen and ancestral people do in certain areas? An example like here in America...Our East coast was all built on the founders. The Midwest is where great migrations spread. The South was owned by France, then sold and more migration filled it that area. Then we had the western pioneers who were made of some very tough, brave people, more so than any others. Which is to this day is quite hard. I know I live here. Nature rules, not us. Alaska when opened as a state was and still is, our last frontier. Nice to visit but I wouldn't want to live there in the wretched cold unless I lived around others who could have my back with the knowledge of how to survive. Just a thought. Your history is something to share beyond walls. I admire you both beyond words. Your respect is beyond measure than all other channels by far. I just always worry for you both. If you showed you at least carry a pepper spray, mace, I'd be grateful. You never know when animal, human could be a problem. It would make me relax about your well being anyway :) Thanks for even asking this question. It means a lot. Before I close, I just want to add, I think your English is outstanding and I am again always grateful for the tenacity you both show. Thank you and be safe always. God be with you, you teach people to care.

Those cards are beautiful what a wonderful tradition that is lost. I have all my letters and cards from family and friends. It's so special to look at the cards with the persons hand writing in them. They took the time to write in them. Not like now where a person takes a second to send a lousy text message.

Bros Of Decay I really liked the old bike on the cabinet n the scrapbook of holiday cards. Your right they have become obsolete. I still use them. But it was weird no real kitchen. N a barn attached to house is odd. That doesn't happen in USA. I liked that there was no vandelism or graffiti. This video was great. Maybe a few shots of outside around the house woukd be nice. This one is probably one of my favorites. I related very much with saving cards of sentimental value. I have saved many cards over the yrs. I have the first birthday card from my grandparents. I have many birthday cards, I have my first valentine from my first boyfriend. Cards from my children, sisters and friends. They mean nothing to anyone else. One card I do have that is not mine, and has an unusal story behind it. My New York City Card has the Twin Towers before they were destroyed and it was found just a few years before it happened. They were kept in my craft stuff until...9/11 happened. This card was in a box that was in the trunk of a junk car in a junk yard in Texas, USA. Only one like it in the box. And I saved it because I have always like buildings and architecture--my dad is a builder. Old New, Churches, barns, it all is wonderful to me. Now the card is displayed in my home in a window box frame (shadow box) with an American flag appropriately folded. That day holds a great amount of significance to many Americans --we are still healing everyday

Keep it up guys, you are doing such a good job showing us and the rest of the world how people lived twenty/thirty years ago in other countries apart from the UK. Houses a long time ago didn’t have kitchens in the house, they would have the kitchen outside in what they called summer kitchen. I don’t know why they called them that because they used them everyday. They didn’t want the smells of food in there homes. At lease that is what my dads great aunt told me when I was a kid. She still had one. You walked out the back of the house onto a big cover porch and then into the door of the kitchen and it was big like 20x20 feet I guess because they canned a lot of food back then. They even still had an outhouse when we all had in door plumbing. Good video guys. Want more and not long enough what did the outside look like?

O no worries Paddy it is my pleasure... I am not that great ether i only speak 4 languages :D Sorry i has to say that ... What did you like the most about the video ? and how should i improve?

Bros Of Decay, what I like most is that the structures seem very intact and give great insight on how others lived. In the US these wouldn't last a day before someone vandalizes them. Also the respectful way that you handle them. I really can't offer any improvement. Thank you!

I noticed a fridge but maybe they did the cooking outside . I often wonder what it would be like to live a simpler life before things got so rushed and crazy. Nice video, thanx

I think you guys are doing great just as you are if I am being honest. It is refreshing to see a urban exploration channel that is not centered around claiming to see ghost and hear ghosts the whole time during the video.
