​@@kristinahuchison2511yeah I was really surprised when I found out she voiced Nita here but I noticed she and Rapunzel cross their arms the same way my friend even thinks Nita could be Rapunzel if she wasn't sheltered for half her life. Nita is one of the early Disney heroines that are more proactive and not just a damsel in distress character like Rapunzel I even called her the Rapunzel of the Ice age.

This is actually a pretty good sequel. For some reason I remembered not caring for brother bear 2 but idk why I remember not caring for it, I maybe was thinking of a different movie. I also remembered some girl being turned into a bear at the end but I couldn’t remember if that actually happened or if I was just making it up. Until the end of the vid obviously when it actually happened. Love the videos! You do an amazing job! Always got me laughing and smiling!

Out of joke, do you imagina that in the end Kenai becomes a human and then we have a timeskip and saw him recognizing grown up Koda and they hugged, something like How to train your dragon, I would be pure tears

I thought that would have been a great option because the beginning with those two women telling Nita her marriage was extremely important that's all thrown out the window when Nita decides to become a bear not to mention that means the chief has no one to take over for him when he's gone

@@lilachodan4941 I looked it up, it is Mandy Moore voicing Nita, but there is a difference of 11 years between Brother Bear 2 and Tangled: The Series. Perhaps her voice just changed a bit over that decade, and she may have given it a different tone or a slight accent for the different characters.

I don't really bother with the Disney animated sequels not made by Walt Disney Animation Studios themselves, but it's fun watching these reacts. For a banger Disney animated sequel, actually made AT the mainline animation studio and not a farmed-out lower-budget direct-to-video production, I much recommend checking out 'The Rescuers Down Under' if you haven't seen it. A favorite of mine!

I actually quite enjoy most Disney sequels. Of course they're not going to compare to the OG, but like... they're still good. I personally loved this movie plus Bambi 2, Lion King 2, Cinderella 3 and few others.

I think it's imperative that Rebecca watches Charmed. I know its super long but it's a gem and the themes of womanhood, sisterhood, feminism she would enjoy everything about it. I FORGOT TO MENTION THEY'RE WITCHES

I don't have much of an opinion about this movie other than Whoever's voicing Kenai didn't even try a Joaquin Phoenix impression lmao and Where tf is Denahi? Sitka made a cameo in eagle form at the end but not his living brother who didn't show up for his wedding????

My guess is it's because the VA for Denanhi had passed away a year after the first film released, Disney was afraid of recasting.

@@mitchellskene8176Denahi’s voice actor committed suicide after the first movie came out, so unfortunately his character was not recast in respect of the actor. It’s similar to why Simba’s mother Sarabi isn’t in the Lion King 2, her voice actress passed away shortly after the first movie came out, so she was simply not in the sequel. But yes, it was confusing as to why the original shaman woman from the first movie or Kenai’s village in general just wasn’t shown, I was genuinely confused to why they made a completely different shaman woman for the sequel when the first woman had a significant role in the first movie with helping Kenai turn into a human again.

I know that Nita was acting pretty stupid during the final battle scene. But would she act even MORE stupider if she *slapped* Denahi when he kills Atka and spares his brother's life from almost getting killed by Nita's fiancée? I mean, if so, why would Nita be very upset with that? She *literally* told her dad that didn't (or couldn't) want to marry him and she really wasn't going to anyway. I bet she should or would be VERY grateful and relieved for Denahi and probably thank him for doing that. What do you guys think?

The spirits in the first movie: Turned kenai into a bear after he hurt Koda's mother so he can learn how they live. Makes sense and he also saved the little bear from Denahi; it helped the hero learned an important lesson. The spirits in the sequel: Forced Neeta and Kenai to be together, tries to hurt innocent peoples for no reason. Since when they are brutal and cruel? Thoses magic animals are supposed to give advices and helped humans to grow not try to kill them! Am i the only one who is annoyed by that?

When it comes to sequels- Bambi, Tarzan, Lion King and Brother Bear did really well. Cinderella 2 eh but #3 legend. Also whats with the disrespect towards Melissa Etheridge? She’s an incredible singer. Ever heard Come to My Window or Will You Still Love Me?

I mean, to be fair Pocahontas ended up with a different guy in her sequel lol. NGL I wish Pocahontas simply remained single instead of the sequel trying to be more historically accurate when it really wasn’t lol. But yeah, I would’ve been upset if Kenai became a human again instead, I actually think Nita was pretty adorable as a bear, despite I find the concept of Kenai getting a girlfriend kinda dumb and unnecessary. It’s a similar issue to the Hunchback of Notre Dame 2, its all about Quasimodo getting his own girlfriend because a lot of people were pretty upset Quasi didn’t get with Esmerelda in the first movie

@@kristinahuchison2511 really I heard some people find Nita the best part of the movie despite the fact that I didn't like her at first for getting mad and blaming kenai for wasting time and then turning around saying they can spare moment when she decides to give the moose Brothers romantic advice of her own which I'm positive she only did so to show kenai up for calling her a stick in the mud. But many fans founded disappointing that they turned a movie that was originally about brothers into a romantic movie and found other changes bad like kenai replacement voice actor which I agree with because they could have at least chosen someone who sounded like the original kenai.

The movie is ok to me. I like the animation and the songs BUT the moose are not funny, Kenai didn't need a girlfriend to be happy plus she came out of nowhere. If they knew each other since they were kids, why we never Neeta in the first movie? Also, they spend most of their time arguing and the ONLY moment who brought them closer is him helping her crossing the river; that's it! The two ladies who dressed neeta were not charming or funny, the old lady too; she was supposed to be wise and kind not being quirky 🤨 It's not awful but not incredible and emotional. Brother bear 2 is alright. Cinderella 3 is a better movie than him AND had a better romance too (When the prince joined her on the boat, it was so cute!) Lion king 2 as well; one of my favorite disneytoon films.

The first movie shows Kenai as a young adult, probably around 16 or so as the entire movie was about his coming of age with him receiving his totem to help him become the man he’s meant to become. This movie showed in the flashback Nita was from a different village and a chief’s daughter, as shown when she goes with her father in a canoe. Plus the village in the movie clearly isn’t the same as Kenai’s, but yeah. I definitely agree about Kenai getting a girlfriend completely unnecessary. Why not show him becoming the leader of the bears or something? I still think Nita’s a cute character that could’ve used a little work for an actual plot
