First listen for me and never heard of the band. Enjoyed the song, loved the psychedelic funky vibe driven by guitar wah pedal and organ. The bass guitar was fantastic on this song as well, especially during the guitar solos. Dude sounds a little bit like Rod Stewart.

Much more familiar with the Hot Chocolate version Strange sorta song Is it based on the Louie Louie song Has a similar refrain Anyway, singers voice is great but I don’t think Stories did anything else
