Heard this song often on the radio and club scene back in the day. Never really paid attention to the song or the artist, but the girl can sing. So if I understand the lyrics correctly, you traveled all around the world, trying to find your baby and can't find him. Maybe the dude don't want to be found 😂🤣😂

Timing is everything and this was 1991 She was nominates for best female performance Same year the best new artist was Mariah Carey so Lisa didn’t win Sinead O connor won best alternative album and Anita Baker won best R&B singer And Bette Midler won for best song From a Distance ( written by Julie Gold ) Allanah Miles won best Rock for Black Velvet Hell of a year for the ladies All Classics

Not a bad song, Sue, although it's never been one I particularly warmed to .. But there's no doubt Lisa is a very good singer with a great voice .. The only other song by her that got any high chart success here in Australia was "Change", which like this song is not a bad little dancey number.
