thx. for the MFC-J625DW, you need to hold down the Menu button, not the start one. also when it says use the screen, just use the keys, and i had to use the down button to get to Purge. When finished, stop didn't work, so unplugged and now go-to-go. thanks!

Hello. Very nice video, thanks. I am using a Continuous Ink System. I need to exclude the printer ink content check, or make it believe ink cartridges are full. If not, the error message prevent me to access the cleaning procedures. Is this the procedure? Can you help me? Thanks

erro 48 pode ser o flat do da cabeça de impressão, tire a capinha preta que fica em cima da cabeça de impressão veja se não esta solta

If u make a Video of how to reset the printer, then show all that is needed!!!! not only the right hand, nobody sees what u are doing with your left hand! you could also make audio data and it would be as helpful as this video. And this is NOT helpful!! Very bad video!

LeEHVidKa Thanks for your feedback. I am however a little confused. The only thing I do with my left hand is pull out the power cable from the left of the printer. This cable can be freely removed and I did not think it needed to be illustrated. All other button presses can be seen on screen.If however there is something that has not been made clear, please let us know and we would be happy to help.
