Thank you both, Jo and Brother Richard, and many blessings be unto you both!! (Cead mile beannacht oraibh!) This has been my favorite interview by far that I have had the good fortune to hear upon this channel, and that is saying something, because this channel is filled with beautiful and sincere voices, and it is always a lovely gift to visit and to hear what is being shared. I wish you both, and to all of those loved by you, a happy Christmas, Solstice, Newyear, and midwinter! Blessings to you now, and blessings in all of the nows that are to come! Brother Richard, I feel almost wistful at the moment that I didn't become a Christian, because if there had been people of the faith around me who expressed the love and understanding and insight and patience that you seem to exude, I doubt I would have left that path at all, but sure it wasn't to be. Still the longer I travel the path of being some type of modern Witch or Bean Feasa, the more I seem to find that everything is all one, and that God is working through it all anyway. No difference. She's Holy Mother to me, and she can be The Holy Father to the next person, but I believe that all our prayers are answered through the same divine switchboard, so to speak, so all is well.

@@naomiseraphina9718 thank you very much. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Yes I agree that it is all divine, all one as we are, as nature is. We have simply forgotten. But to me it feels like we are in the process of remembering. Blessings.

On the thinning of the veil, halloween, after all the children had been by, I was looking out my window and all of a sudden two young girls, brown skinned and barefoot ran from the forest across the street and vanished. They were wearing sackcloth like dresses, also laughing and giggling! This sighting is weighing on my mind greatly. This happened in Washington DC. The visual is stuck in my mind and I needed to share!

Some beautiful, beautiful wisdom here. I’m just half way through. One thing I’d like to clarify as a Roman Catholic Christian, that Christ is the centre of our belief. That he is the maker of all things, seen and unseen, and through him all things were made. He, that physical manifestation of the Trinity is our goal and his words that he is The Way, The Truth and The Life, is the final safe lodging and harbour, of any safe spiritual journey. Happy Christmas all.

Wonderful guest for Christmas, Jo. Thank you for giving us such a lovely gift. The bit about the entities wanting us to look away while they "cross over" is so similar to UFO experiences. I loved this. I am preparing the Chanukiah for Chanukah this evening which coincides with Christmas night (Dec 25). I am also an Ancestral witch and a contemporary Shaman. Let there be light and peace between all nations. All kingdoms (the Seen and Unseen!) ❤ May we co-create in Unity. Amen. St Francis of Assisi is one of my most favourite of Catholic saints as he loved animals and birds. Walked humbly on the earth. As we humans should all be doing, in great harmonic resonance with all our “relations”.

I am overjoyed watching this. Brother Richard has blessed us with sharing his experiences which I doubly love because at one point I was discerning to be a Franciscan nun AND because I’ve had many experiences with ‘’the paranormal’’. It was only earlier this year while very ill with anemia that I had my first -visual I should say …experience with fae (? ) I’m not even certain what category it is, but it was VERY similar to Brother Richard’s account, only with mine it appeared at first to be a bird running across the road in front of our car, but then noticed it’s running knobby legs were human..like a small person wearing a bird costume. It sort of faded/camouflaged itself in the middle of the road, looking transparent, then almost as if wanting to change its ‘’costume’’ it turned into a rabbit. By this time, our car had approached it to the point I exclaimed to the driver to slow down in fear we might hit it, to which I found they didn’t see anything at all (it was dusk). I looked out the side window to see if it was ok, to get a good glimpse of it to see what it really was- bird? Rabbit? ??? And it was gone. I looked out the back window to see if we did hit it, somewhat expecting to see it on the road, lifeless, but there was nothing on the road at all. It had just disappeared. The character of it was silly and jovial, with a bit of trepidation like it might have been seen, but at the same time almost like he’d think it was funny if he was seen too. Please keep in mind, we were in the car because I was on my way to the emergency room for symptoms of anemia worsening and I was at this time, one point of level hemoglobin away from needing a blood transfusion. I questioned whether or not I was hallucinating maybe from lack of oxygen or something like that. But I don’t think so because the experience absolutely filled me with childlike wonder, a renewed zest for life, and also feeling special like I had just been blessed with a true gift. It reminded me a lot of my own conversation to Christ- that knowledge that there really IS SO MUCH MORE to life and that it is grand as it is exciting, beautiful and wondrous. ….A big reminder, …Something I really needed after years of being quite ill. I really so much enjoyed this, even wanting 2 hours to be more. You both touched on several things I am in agreement with and wanting to chime in at several different points of the conversation. I hope you don’t mind this long comment. This was for me a delightful, heartwarming and an enjoyable way to ring in the new year. Thank you both!
@themodernfairysightingspod84212 күн бұрын
This is so beautiful to read and I am very happy that the episode found you. I’m struck by the fact that you had this experience while you were close to needing transfusion and that in itself is a powerful moment of time to be in. It’s often in these transitional times that we have experiences. The feel of it rings true to me as a fellow experiencer as there is a tricksy and jovial nature to these encounters. Mine felt just like that. Like you, this conversation felt familiar because it reminded me of some long ago, true connections with the Divine via childhood practice of Catholicism. They are on e and the same in my view - connection to the All and the fairy kingdom is part of that 🙏 thank you for sharing your experience. You are welcome to write to me at scarlettofthefae@gmail.com id love to include your experience in my research if that feels ok to you (no pressure!)

What a wonderful surprise! I've heard Brother Richard on both Strange Familiars and Monster Fuzz. Immensely enjoyable and thought provoking conversations as is this interview and much to learn for the paranormal investigators in the community. Extremely helpful, particularly in that regard and makes me wonder, why doesn't he start a podcast? I hope he will visit here again soon and would like to know his opinion on whether or not Fae Folk have a soul and an Afterlife or will they and their individual consciousnesses be dissolved back into the energy of the Earth? What if they wished to be Anointed or baptized and have an Afterlife much like we might choose to do? How could we help them reach that goal? That would also be a fascinating conversation!

@@disideratum very interesting questions! Thank you 😊 and thanks for listening. That was interesting I went on a sojourn of sorts into World Mythology and am halfway through. I have just finished reading a book titled Albion by Jennifer Westwood which is an encyclopedia of British Folklore our land is full of stories about Fairies, dragons, giants and other elementals who are part of Daemonic reality. In many respects they are part of Mind but not our Mind, what we call in Idealism Mind at Large. For sure our minds can create tulpas anyone who is au fait with the occult will know that, then there are egregores which are created by the collective unconscious and can be used against humanity by the dark magicians who work for governments. Recently I started to read the Ethiopian Bible having read the 3 different books of Enoch and I made a note to myself to go to the local Catholic Church and buy a Catholic Bible from them so I can see and compare them to the other ten different bibles I have in my library. I am not Catholic I am not a fan of the Vatican and I am appalled at how they treated the Gnostics and Cathars. However, Jung said their ceremonies were important so they are worth looking at. I have subscribed as this was a good interview and I found it to be pabulum for my Soul. XXX
