Seriously! At 61 and I still owe student debt. It’s my nightmare, literally. We mostly focused on my late husband’s Student Loans because he was a doctor. Then I had to focus on surviving, then my parent’s care, now just my mom but with dementia. I would never encourage student loans, it puts people in financial and spiritual bondage. I saw a man get arrested for only about 2,500 unpaid student loan debt. 20 times less than mine, and what I learned is no longer viable information. I would hate to have my children go through that. I have an 18 and a 41 yr old. Trade school is a better direction these days.
