The road looks great , but the amount of trees would put me off . If you misjudge a corner you can easily end up faceplanting an immovable object 🙄

It's also very remote for the area. A guy riding by himself went off and wasn't found until a few days later when it was too late. Happens more often than you would think.

I don’t need to worry dying alone from injuries in the woods or face planting a tree because I do the speed limit and ride normally. Could it still happen, of course, but speed is such a crucial factor in whether one lives or dies.

I was faster on the XR, but that doesn't mean this bike is slower, it's me who needs to get used to it.

S1000XR. I spent too many years on that bike, love everything about it. I could ride it faster than I can ride this one too. The R is a phenomenal bike, but I'm too slow on it still.
