Hello Paul, Thank you for your posting which I found very interesting and fair … This bike has kept my interest for some considerable time. Like you I found the seller helpful and responsive to deal with. However, is it not strange that the bike comes with a V5 that registers the bike as a BS when it has a replica frame and an engine that was not recorded by the factory ? Thanks I’d be interested to know your thoughts …

Enjoyed film and well informed commentary. Suggest you use still shots of the replica, perhaps split screen with still shots of real SS100s, while you are carrying out the commentary. This could include stills taken from the film of, for example, the gearbox when you ae talking about the gearbox and the forks when you are talking about the forks etc. This will make the visuals relevant to the commentary. Also suggest you caption both the film and the commentary. This makes it easier to understand what is being seen and what is also being said. It will also enable you to easily do different language versions to extend your reach internationally. I think you can do this in English in KZbin, but IMHO better to use one of the software packages to do it on your own computer before uploading to KZbin so you have control and can more easily create different language versions etc. Good luck!

Thanks for taking the time to add so much feedback - just what I need to improve. I pondered using the Buell as a background for a while, or me talking to camera and figured people would like to see a bike (of any sort) rather than me, but a few have suggested as you have, so will strive to do that next. Also when I was filming the big I wasnt sure what I was going to say and also wanted to check facts, hence the bike and then the thoughts. The subtitles are done automatically by KZbin when you upload the video so I dont have much control - I assume they also convert to numerous languages. I will add some more general/section captions but have to juggle size of text being big enough to see on a phone and not getting in the way of the background image. Turns out there is much more to making a decent film than I ever imagined from just watching them! I am doing another soon about another SS100 so do tell me if I am getting better. Many thanks Paul.
