@@hungphat1553I appreciate the respect coming from an opposing fan! I've been a Browns fan for over 30 years now and I always like to say I'm one of the most realistic fans on the planet. I did not give us a chance yesterday to be honest lol. With a second or third string quarterback that I didn't even know was on the team until recently lol. Where the 49ers are we aspire to be. You guys are still the best team in the NFL by far in my opinion.

I also appreciate you not blaming the loss squarely on the referees and the questionable calls. Any true fan of the game knows bad calls go both ways and are an unfortunate part of the game. That's one thing you will never hear me do either explain a win or a loss on the referees. But thank you again for the complimentary comment

now also consider how many shitty situations the offense has put them in with turnovers and what the stats are vs what could be with a functional offense are mind boggling. if this defense remains consistent, i think we’re looking at a top 3 defense all time

Yeah in the end its football, yo. There were terrible calls aplenty throughout the game. The niners players even said in postgame that they didn't deserve to win that game with how badly they played regardless of how they felt about the calls. Which i think is fair to say given the fact that it shouldn't come down to a referee's call for a game you're expected to win in the first place. Its the same mentality with kickers missing game-winning field goals; they shouldn't be in that position to begin with.

Defensive clashes, like the one we got yesterday are just so electric. I really wish the NFL would realize that people are shifting towards watching good defenses. People like picks and fumbles. It isnt always about watching the Dolphins put up 70. I just wanna watch teams battle for points or field position.

Could've, should've, would've. It doesn't matter what the teams are on paper. The margin is so small that every team can beat any other team any given sunday. That's what makes the NFL so great. As a Browns fan, I thought Andrew Siciiano did a great job calling the game. Yes, the Tashan Gibson penalty wasn't the greatest call by the referee and it benefited the Browns, but the phantom holding call that called back the Njoku TD, that ended in a missed Browns FG, and the bogus pass interference called on the Browns that set up the SF missed game winning FG were also bad calls, I only know they were bad calls b/c Andrew said so while he was calling the game..
