I just started on my journey in wing chun. I have a black belt in Kenpo. The hardest thing is unlearning my old style to learn the new. I can hardly wait until I know what I'm doing so I can blend the styles and see how wing chun adapts to kenpo.

When you say "Lut Sao", so you mean to disengage. But for some reason it's spelt "Lat" which to me in Cantonese means "to burn" or "to have a hot chili flavour". Why can't people just spell these words as they are said? Would avoid confusion. Presumably also, this "Lat Sao" is different from the one practiced in the Wing Tsun system.

Yet another interesting drill, I like the paper trick, also started filling 4 litre milk jugs with gravel to use a speed bag, a fuck of a lot harder, & only hitting the corners make damn good accuracy. Downloaded FU money- I like the no bullshit way you put things, about fucking time one of those books got written by a normal person - actually makes sense. I've got a couple of ideas, my own twist on an old as the fucking hills, tried tested & true venture. It WILL be a shit ton of work to start, but thats my thing anyway, I've always been an 'ass-bustin' get'r the fuck done' type, but always making someone else rich, so time to say fuuuuuuck that! Lol, I've been sitting on those plans for a couple months already, & I think you've definitely given a few pointers on how to pitch MYSELF, my product will sell itself, absolutely no doubt- with a strategy that borders on baiting ppl....(haha..OK, its baiting) I'll let ya no how it turns out!

as a woman, I have had to explain that i also have pectoral muscles. you can tap up high, it is the same place you tap on the guy... below the collar bone, above the fatty tissue.
