I will never be able to express my gratitude for my daughter, for this last-a-lifetime moment in time, and for the unbelievably kind and generous Bruce fans I have encountered. I have been in love with Bruce since 1975 when I first saw him perform (after Born to Run had been released) and even in all my dreams and crushes, I never really believed anything like this would ever happen to me. This was much better than winning the lottery and so much more. Lastly, you mention that he kept eye contact with me, and for me looking in his eyes was startling - it was so intimate, I have heard the term soulful brown eyes, never really understood what that meant, but boy it felt like I could see right down to his soul - it felt like I could see his struggles, his successes, his genuine attempt to make this moment everything I could ever want. I was at that show. It started with a letter her teenage son had wrote on a sign to Bruce. It said something to the effect of his mother loved Springsteen & how she was a great mom. & how it would be a great mother's day gift to her for her to get on stage with Bruce. Read the description...or in the absence of that, just do the calculation in your head....the description says Bruce dances with A mother (not HIS mother)...it was a Mother's day concert. If you choose not to read the description and to rather do the calculation - this concert was in 2014...Bruce was born 1949, which would make him 64 on this day, and therefore his own mother would be AL LEAST 84 (if she gave birth to him when she was 20). Soooo, would you say this lady who he danced with, is 84??
