Been loving your content from my city Stockholm and can only hope you all enjoyed your time here. Fun fact: there’s a huge rivalry between that sausage place (Bruno’s) and another German-sounding place that’s also been around for ages called Gunther’s. Important to have a favourite there!

You get chimichurri at Gunthers and a spicy harissa sauce with the " double kabbe" its better. The bread at Brunos is in many peoples opinion more toasty but thats the only advantage it has. Go to Gunters and enjoy mate.

Günters is easily the better of the two. But it's also important to point out that these are not Swedish sausages. It's saying that pizza is Swedish.

Oh when I used to live in that neighborhood I often ate there. They had great polish bratwurst in a baguette style bun with slices of pickles stuffed in the bread beside it. Excellent.

For me Günther’s on Karlbergsvägen is still the best in Stockholm. I’m not sure if Günter still works there as I think he retired. But still,the selection is the best and the sauces are homemade.

Must be there version of a merguez . But a merguez is a spiced lamb sausage from Morocco . You see them served sometimes in a baguette with fries and cornichons (gherkins) with a mustard mayo. That's how I've had them in a baguette in France, popular sausage in France because of the french colonies a lot of north Africans live there.

Bro this sausage is made from mostly pig I doubt it’s anything similar served in Marocco, Sausages in general is truly a European thing, the arabs and North Africa can’t compare to the great sausages of the European continent(Mostly northern part) probably due to its high content of pork

You shouldn't think that Stockholm represents the whole of Sweden when there are lots of different local specialties in different cities. Check in Gothenburg, Malmö, Umeå etc. you will be equally surprised how good things are here and not only in Stockholm.

And looks enough like my recently past Pekingese to make me a bit sad. As for the sausage, never tried it. But one mistake too many sausage places make (imo) is that they don't toast the bread properly, way too short a time.
