Dual tires add stability on hill and slopes. I am in central Texas. We put tire sealant in tires with our brush that’s full of thorns. He quoted price nearly perfect. Not cheap. It is rugged. Replaced a John Deer 4000 series as it was unable to cut slopes we had.

Ventrac machines are the best on the market for what they do.

65 GRAND in Australia -wonderful machine and it cuts all types with the right attachment. You should need as a minimum the smooth cut- the flail mower - the rake and the gravel/sand/dirt tiller. So you will have to make a large investment. But you can do so much with it. In cold parts of the US you could even get the snow broom. Great bit of kit but it's a lot of cash to stump up. Plus - you will probably need a new trailer and hauler as well.

A skidsteer with a brush hog would have been faster. But that machine gets the job done, just a bit slower. A skidsteer would be a versatile machine for you folks especially when you get your own property.

Should have played some Metallica or Pantera or Ted nuggent songs during the time he was destroying that tall brush. I will own either a steiner or a ventrac when I move baxk to live in northeast Tennessee. That centrack with double wheel setup and just a 60" finishing deck and a big tough cutting deck will set you back a good 30 to 32 grand.

This is a machine that is very valuable when a person lives in a region that has lots of hills or bigger mountain sides. You can use it to earn good extra income cutting for folks who have steep terrain or lowland marshy areas on their properties.
