Just had two Shenzhen Airlines flights today. The second one was quite a disappointment. Compared to other Chinese Airlines (e.g. Xiamen Airlines, Juneyao Airlines, Air China) for now the worst experience. It felt like everyone’s rushing all the time. During boarding the stewardess were rushing, while serving the food they were rushing. I think it’s not their fault, but it feels like the management puts a lot of pressure on them to depart on-time. For example, they helped passengers to store their carryon luggage and at the same time it already transited into to safety instructions. Stewardesses just seemed to be under very strong pressure. Felt a bit strange and made some passengers - including me - feel nervous. Very positive: Stewardesses were very strict to passengers which for example didn’t want to switch phones into flight mode.

No, not at all. They were attentive and charming. And you could choose whether you wanted to have lunch on ground or later after take off. I think they managed they situation perfectly!
