If you pay $200 to pre-order a video game, that game should give you 10 days early access, 250K VC, and 50 gatorade boosts for each category. But 2K won't do that, so no pre-order for me

They should make a game that last 3 years where they update rosters, fix bugs, have seasons, etc. spend that extra time on developing a new game. There shouldn’t be a yearly rollout. The best games the developers spend years working on them and years working on the sequel. A yearly sequel ain’t nothing but a copy and paste with minor changes.

You’re not going to see a big jump between current gen and last gen until 2k stops making games for last gen. When making games for the current gen systems, developers have to either scale down or completely remove certain aspects of the game because they have to take into consideration last gen consoles that can’t handle those things. Which is why we are basically getting a watered down version of current gen and no amount of optimization can change that! It’s been four years now; let it go!

The Rec is not the fastest way to get VC. It’s Mycareer and will always be learn to farm VC. 10-12K VC per hour. Set the game to 5 mins quarters 1.Soon as the game start commit 2 fouls immediately it subs you to the 2 quarter. 2. 2nd quarter start foul immediately will sub you out to halftime if the 3 foul didn’t work foul again to the 4 foul it will sub you out till the 4 quarter start. 3. If the 3 fouls worked and you started the 3rd quarter foul immediately will sub you to the 4th. If you fouled 4 times in the 2 quarter you go the 4th quarter automatically after half time. 4. 4th quarter very important you have to foul before 4:50 or you have to play the entire 4th quarter of 5 mins. If the foul work it will sub you to 2:30 to 3:30 mins left to play in the game. Important!!!!!! When you get 5 fouls saved the game and quit out and load back in takes 10 secs. 2k know you have 5 fouls and will make you do bs to commit a 6th foul to foul you out. Don’t even bother guarding AI just play reasonable to not foul. Important. Any quarter you have the offensive possession first hurry up get your shot off and then start the fouling process.

I haven’t preordered 2K since 2K19-20 bc the bonuses are mid asf! You preorder $100 get 100k vc and get a bunch of useless items. Just spend $50-$100 for more VC day 1 bc 100k isn’t enough. I always buy base game and buy VC after. 2K24 I brought the $150 VC (700VC) and made 5 players. Along with grinding the game (MyCareer, Rec, etc) I got 6 players 95 plus. This is my least spent 2K and I already don’t spend much fr every year!

Yeah, I'm choosing, to wait, on the pre order. As usual, the bonus content, is underwhelming. As for, the Seasons/Seasons Pass/Battle, it's definitely, going, to stay, from a business perspective.
