@5:20 was excellent. If you do nothing, you will get what everyone else got. They aged, their bodies broke down. Erectile dysfunction, muscle loss, cardio vascular disease, the entire gamete. Whether they like him or not, what Bryan Johnson is doing is absolutely essential for the species. What works, what doesn't work, how well can we offset the natural aging process? These are all questions that need to be answered in combination with diet, exercise, hormone therapies, and other drugs. The best part is, normally rich folks do this behind closed doors and the information is hidden. I for one thank you Mr. Johnson.
@georgepantzikis7988

You can't stop aging. It's a fact of nature. Some things are genuinely impossible, unless we find ways to transplant every organ in the body, rejuvenate hormone levels, get you new skin, new stem cells, more DNA, undo mutations, and many more, which is science fiction at this point in history, aging will continue. You can try to delay its effects, though even that doesn't mean that you are prolonging the years in your life.

@@Madferreiro Taking care of yourself is not the same as obsessing over health metrics and drugs in a vain, futile attempt at immortality. Mr. Johnson, I am happy to hear that you have a fantastic Johnson. Can you please do a follow-up summary of this for us, so we can understand how to make improvements for ourselves and maybe get a top 10 of the worst things men generally do that can affect our Johnson in a negative way? What I was expecting from this video was not only that you have fantastic health, but what you specifically do that impacts the health of your Johnson. For example... "I use supplement x which improves erectile function, I take supplement y which improves sperm count. I use this device for 10 minutes a day which improves blood flow"... Then a list of specific don'ts, which you avoid like " I specifically avoid alcohol because it lowers testosterone production. I specifically avoid bike rides that last over x minutes, because the pressure of the seat causes nerve degradation and a loss of blood flow due to damage to the blood vessels in the area."

I watch all Bryans videos and admire his comittment and drive, but I dont have the resources or $$ to do his protocol, [one needs a lot of assistance and support ] but im sure it would reverse this terrible disease and regain health,..few options left sad to say

It's like you're wearing makeup except you're clearly not. You're doing something right. But seriously thanks for the important work you're doing. I'm 30 this year and I'm starting to notice stuff. I haven’t seen a video by Bryan in a few months and I have to say, how. Bryan is looking much sharper in his features and skin is glowing. Not sure if it’s the new haircut haha

Your Spanish isn't bad at all! I'm impressed!!! I'm Hispanic and but learned Spanish fluently when I was 13 and went to private school in panama. That being said, I forget words all the time even though I grew up around the language and it's been ingrained in me on subconscious level. If you get this reference, I sound like a "no sabo" kid when I speak Spanish since i live in Ohio and rarely get to practice Spanish but the moment I'm around my Spanish speaking family members long enough it all comes back to me. You should take a vacation to a Spanish speaking country, I'm sure practicing a second langue will have benefits on your cognitive function.

I am 52 now. But, I look 22 years old. Some say younger. I grew up with a garden in our backyard and we would spend time at the grandparents house for the summer and bring back meat from the pigs on the farm. My life began organic which is what I do now. My sexual health is normal for someone in there 20's. I am no were near menapause. My thing is what Bryan is doing is good work and in healthy and working out. Start early if you can.

Bryan is bringing to life many of the known but often ignored aspects of health. All the supplements and lifestyle strategies have always been available. It doesn't help when the medical community shun nutritional supplements as "Quackery". Thankyou Brian for revealing natural therapies work if used correctly, the right dosages, the right choice of supplements alongside with the correct exercise and sleep management plans.
