The dichotomy between the two gyms; new wave and bteam- is interesting. Craig will show his game and make ytube and membership money while Gordon hides his plan to hope for competition money. I wouldn't call Gordons gameplan hidden. He has done the same thing for years, everybody on his level knows what he is doing and how. He just has the pressure, strength, technical knowledge and patience to force his game on anyone that steps on the mat with him. Thats at least my take on him

If you want to improve cardio, getting shark tanked by lighter dudes is absolutely the way to do it. Lighter means better cardio, so a fresh cardio monster every couple of minutes is crazy good for that.

As a big guy myself, shark tanking with 5 other big guys is just asking for an injury. Smaller guys, move more, keep your cardio going, and you can focus more on techniques rather than strength
