Obviously tiredness etc matter and this is training, etc etc. BUT it was interesting how many tie ups attempted to score by going behind (and all failed, with the possible exception of one of Chen's which Craig rolled out of) and the successful takedown by Nicky sought to control legs/hips from the front rather than go behind and risk a scramble.

If you want to improve cardio, getting shark tanked by lighter dudes is absolutely the way to do it. Lighter means better cardio, so a fresh cardio monster every couple of minutes is crazy good for that.

As a big guy myself, shark tanking with 5 other big guys is just asking for an injury. Smaller guys, move more, keep your cardio going, and you can focus more on techniques rather than strength

Craig is right he needs to keep doing this for his cardio to last 20 minutes. He knows and everyone knows his cardio is bad. I know hes jet lagged and on thc. Still I want Craig Jones before he retires to go against Felipe Pena, kaynan, merrigali and Gordon before he retires. His jiu jitsu knowledge is as good as Gordon but he's not as big and his cardio isn't good. I hope he asks his anti ageing place to beef him up without ruining his cardio or ruining his guts like Gordon. I dunno he says he gets paid more to go against UFC fighters and gets to travel. Who wants to go to London. Stay in Texas and beat some of the top heavy weights and I think he could ask for Gordon Ryan money. Get the man some cardio and he's the only one who has a big name like Gordon and tbh if he was bigger he's the only one who could possibly beat Gordon Ryan.
