The well-oiled mind of a German is the only thing that could out-coach Danaher. Jokes aside, this guy seems great. If his coaching produces results in the competitions, I hope they can get him permanently.

You guys need to get really strong commercial grade dehumidifiers in that space to deal with “wetness” on the mats. Ideally I’d say 2 one on each corner, that can both easily handle 2500sq ft +. You want them oversized so they can hit 45-50% humidity easily and turn off.

This guy must be a wizard to be able to coach so well with so little time. BJJ is evolving faster than ever.

Love to hear Dima talk about expanding hand fighting beyond just a heavy collar tie. He will attract more wrestlers to the sport. Elbow ties are super under utilized in JJ. I get that your opponent can pull guard more easily but in ADCC, depending on the time of the match, guard pulling comes with a negative point. Very cool.

Dimna is for real going to be the key weapon this year. All the talent is in the room and also the knowhow how to improve but the sport at the highest levels requires you to be selfish and hard to do that whilst running a gym so this the poerfect fit. The team are looking sharo and the line at the end was gold "to those that hate my on what I do keep making noise because then more people will see it and smart people will know when someone is good".
