It always annoys me when they say Jungkook joined when he was fifteen because then people in the west don't understand how young he was. He was actually Thirteen when he moved into the dorm, born in 1997, moved in in 2010 (from Busan to Seoul by himself), debuted when he was fifteen. Basically missed half his childhood. A lot like Justin B. except at least JK had a bunch of guys around him who ACTUALLY CARED about him.

@@cruisack4090 The reason why Jimin went viral on Barbie was because Ryan was wearing the exact same cowboy outfit that Jimin was wearing on the PTD MV. Obviously that didn’t escape the eyes of Armys who made it viral on soc media. Needless to say it reached the Barbie production people , and knowing how big the Fandom is, they took advantage of that free promo. (Who wouldn’t). So Ryan Gosling also gave his guitar from the movie to Jimin. I’m sure if it’s another member’s outfit that was worn instead , same thing would’ve happened.

I’m sure he checked out the MV after hearing about it and was happy to find out that Jimin was also a big fan of the Notebook. Here is what Ryan said : “Hi, Jimin. It’s Ryan Gosling here. I noticed that your ‘Permission to Dance’ outfit was the same as my Ken outfit in the upcoming movie Barbie,” the actor said in a video shared to the Barbie Twitter account. Because of that, Gosling revealed that he’d be handing over his “most prized possession” - the guitar he used in the film. “I have to give it to you - you wore it first, you definitely wore it best and there’s an unspoken Ken code that if you bite another Ken’s style, you have to give them your most prized possession,” he explained. “So… I hope you’ll accept Ken’s guitar as my humble offering. Jimin didn’t just participate in hip hop battles, he also won hip hop battles. Jimin is actually an extremely skilled athlete but they don’t portray him that way. His dancing is just perfection…art! 💛🔥

I think that Jimin is actually a rather private person who is (despite AAAALLLL his flirtttt) quite shy, so it's hard for us to really know him except in very small ways. He's not only extremely athletic (as his martial arts skill shows - but also his other sporting efforts in Run BTS etc) but is very intelligent and a bit of a maths expert. His Army career already has him passing the taxing exams to enter the artillery corpse in which he will be identifying and providing co-ordinates for his team to target - a role which demands incredibly accurate complex calculations - for peoples' lives. As a Performer, he is both unassuming, and incredibly charismatic and, despite this, is somehow both open and an intriguing mystery. Even with his recent solo successes, I think he remains somewhat under appreciated - and he's not even my bias! ... except of course that I am OT7 :D

Jin will be discharged from the military in June, and J-Hope in October. Next year, they will all reunite. There is plenty of content to enjoy until they all return, so it would be great to spend that time together! Sugas DAECHWITA is a must and the first in his trilogy. DKDKTV does a great breakdown of all the historical and cultural references of BTS songs which the rappers definitely need, as it gives you non pg meanings of slang. Or in the case of DDAENG this word is used with 7 different meanings, in this witty diss track. Remember RMs 148 IQ?. Another definite one to use an explaination on is BAEPSAE on the surface a catchy tune with hilarious choreo, underneath one of their hardest social commentaries on the inequalities of society. Currently BTS has around 1000 awards and counting. Today all members speak English and Japanese. Jin spends his life eating to help Armys with eating disorders. Jungkook also has a black belt in taekwondo Jung Kook was 13 years old when he became a trainee. He came to Seoul on April 24, 2011. Age in Korea is calculated considering pregnancy as the period of life. Therefore, in Global age JK was 13 years old and in Korean age he was 14.As shown in the behind-the-scenes of Dope's MV. big 3: jyp, sm and yg. bts were the only group at big hit entertainment. hybe wasn't created until 2021 and it was due to bts' dominance and success. they went from near bankruptcy to building a conglomerate and creating global interest in kpop and korean culture

Great reaction. All 7 are Fantastic performers. All individually talented. My ultimate however , is V (Kim Taehyung). He’s stage presence is just so magical. His gorgeous face is just a bonus. I also really love his Baritone voice which is very unique and not common in Kpop that caters mostly to tenors. This video doesn’t really showcase any of that at all which is actually a bit disappointing . Compared to the rest of the members V’s part was really lacking in my opinion bec it just showed snippets of him as a performer . It only showed one of his songs “Singularity”. The maker didn’t really make an extra effort to add any of that or even his dancing. He is also The creator of BORAHAE and what gave BTS the color PURPLE which has become synonymous to BTS and the fandom. Nothing can ever replace that . Without it, cities will not turn Purple and change the name of their cities after it, like “BORAHAEGAS” when the whole strip of Las Vegas turned purple. To think that they were not the only artists having a concert on Las Vegas that time. And a lot more great big cities, even airports turning PURPLE just for BTS! All thanks to the genius mind of Kim Taehyung.

So glad you did this reaction. Maybe someone answered these already, but the songs that caught your attention were Ddaeng, Daechwita, and Singularity, but there are so many good ones to recommend. Another good approach can be to watch the DKDKTV "explanation by a korean" series for some of the BTS songs (my favorites are for IDOL and for Baepsae), and pair it with watching the actual video, or even also with the "dance practice" for the performance. They are amazing. Also you can look at the ones with massive views, like Mic Drop, Spring Day, Fire, IDOL....so many more great ones. New ARMY sub here! Borahae!

54 year old ARMY for 5 years. Love your observations and genuine reactions . Their company is now one of the biggest, largely because of BTS, but they were a small startup when they signed the members. BTS contributes a significant amount to the nations GDP every year, which is part of the reason they are recognized by the government. It’s more for their positive cultural and societal influence, though. If you aren’t aware, Koreans put their last name (surname) first and then their “first” name. There’s so much to learn. I highly recommend the music videos explained by a Korean. A few of their songs contain a lot of cultural references and watching those really helped me understand the lyrics and visual aspects they used. Some of those include UGH, Silver Spoon, Spine Breaker, N.O. and Idol. The song that Suga is singing is Daechwita by Agust D. Besides a plethora of BTS songs they each do solo projects. Big Hit is also an independent private company tho they are part of Hybe Corporation which is an umbrella company with multiple music labels under them but those are public companies not private like Big Hit meaning they have share holders etc (like Kakoa is, they have kpop labels under them), Big Hit labels is like a sister company to Hybe that has complete music creative control separate from Hybe, Hybe is the bank roll and resources. Hybe actually lets all the Music Labels under them control group management & musical direction etc. But even more so in Big Hit's case. There is a lot of antis/mantis/solo stans who don't even know Big Hit not Hybe controls BTS' musical direction and that's the Members themselves at this point. Both RM and Suga have stated they don't want the responsibility of running a company they just want to focus on making music, they have immense trust in their Big Hit team and own percentages in the company. I see a lot of lies being spread by haters who don't even know how business works.
