Here's an RM story that shows how his brain works on lyrics all the time. In a behind the scenes video on set, RM was casually looking at the set decorations. He picked up a book, read the author's name out loud, "Dostoyevsky", and then immediately said "jet ski".

If you read the lyrics from *"I'm Fine"* , you'll notice that this songs are connected 💜 They also have a live performance (Save Me+I'm Fine) where they do both songs; "Save me" is shorter, the rap is during "I'm Fine".

Also in the film clip for Fake Love behind Tae there are the words "Save Me" - if you invert and turn it around it reads "I'm Fine."

This was one of their toughest MVs to film because of the intense choreo which is completely a ONE TAKE and the crazyy cold weather which was also a big hinderance. They still keep saying this was hard to film even tho it looks simple

🙏 I have to agree about RM.. Jimin is my bias, but RM and Suga are my bias wreckers.. and it's because both of them equally have separate unique tones, both are lyrical geniuses, and then you have Suga.. that I feel an understanding with and also admire very much every time I watch a video of him on stage or listen to some of his solo songs like "The Last" it makes me want to push harder each day to fight my own demons with agoraphobia. And then you have RM that stood up to the challenge of leading the largest music group in the world! And what a challenge it has been for him.. I can not describe his strength and determination any other way.. except.. INSPIRING! I will also say.. I feel a connection with ALL 7 members though, for very different reasons, that I'm not going to get into to.. All 7 members to me, are equally exceptionally talented, genuinely humble, undeniably funny, invites everyone into their lives and into their hearts, and last but certainly not least.. undoubtedly the most inspiring 7 people I have seen in a long time. I have learned so much from watching them and their stories, struggles, as well as their music videos. All of which has taught me things about my own life and the things that I have been through or are currently going through or that will be to come. My faults and mistakes are who I am, and making up the brights stars in the constellation of my life..--RM taught me that, and and BTS is teaching me to love myself... I am 37 yrs old and have struggled with things like this everyday.. But for the first time, BTS will be the one that will SAVE ME! 💜💜💜 Thank you guys for y'all's great reactions, and breakdowns and sorry for long comment. 💜💜💜

The lyrics of "Save Me" and “I’m Fine” are connected to each other within a chiastic structure. Not only do they have opposite meanings but the lines, themselves, are flipped in reverse order.

This song made me an ARMY. I was (still) an hardcore anime fan and I was one of those who really hate k-pop. I saw an AMV of Boku no hero academia and this song was on it. Then I watched this video. Didn't even understand what they mean (the lyrics) but I felt sad like this was a sort of lamentation for em. Now I still not into k-pop in general but a very very BTS-Army (I love Rap-line).

Thanks for this reaction reaction! 🙏🏻 This MV is what lead me down the “I just want to know their names” rabbit hole! Back then, I could only recognize RM and Jin’s faces and since this MV was in one location the whole time and there weren’t any cuts it made it very obvious that I couldn’t differentiate between the other members. Lol! And it also made it easier for me to appreciate their dancing because it’s all one shot. I hope you guys can check out “I’m Fine” next because it connects to “Save Me”, maybe you guys could react to a live performance where BTS perform both songs!!

*Save Me* is one of ARMY's favourite. Along with *I'm fine.* Philosophy behind it in keeping with their concept for healing/ helping youth; *Save me* - more upbeat music because you feel a sense of release, almost joy, when you ask for help instead of keeping your troubles bottled up inside you. Opposite to when you say; *I'm Fine* - when you put on a happy all's well attitude when actually you are troubled and suffering.

The video style is not because it's an older vid. This was around the same time as Blood Sweat and Tears. The concept was stripped back on purpose. Meant to make them look vulnerable. Also, there is a behind scenes video shoot and it was raining nearly the entire time. It's a pretty cool behind scenes, bc you get to see how they do the one-take shot with all of the guys running behind the camer-man and the camera man running and weaving inbetween the guys while they're dancing. So it's a deceptively simple video, but very difficult to shoot.

See the absolutely amazing thing about BTS is even though this video looks simple and tame compare to their others, it really isn't. If you watch it closer, this was a one shot MV and you see the camera weaving through the members while they are dancing.
