I'm 37 weeks pregnant and really struggling with not being able to get out due to snow and ice plus I can't do many workouts due to back pain etc...wow I really enjoyed this! Think that's the most I've moved in weeks I really enjoyed it 🤩 never heard of black pink but I felt like I was on a night out having a little dance to myself 🤣 you've got a subscriber here thank you xx

OMG so pleased I discovered this workout - had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago and have been despairing of finding workouts I can manage without major modifications. This is the first one I've found where I can just follow along with my arm in the sling and not have to modify any of the moves outside of only being able to do the arm movements with one arm. Not only that, this was truly an enjoyable session. Will definitely be checking out more of your content. Thank you!

Another great dancing/walking workout! I usually work out first thing in the morning before the family gets up but this morning my 9 year old woke up early and was watching me. She said this looked fun and I was a good dancer. Agree with the first comment, maybe not so much with the second, lol, but appreciated the compliment. Either way, awesome way to start my day!

I just have to say Thank you! I just came across your page and You provide exercise routines that I can do without overdoing it. A month ago I was working out with another youtube fitness person(the name will be withheld) and I ended up hurting my right knee very badly. I am starting out with your 1800 steps then gradually work my way up. The 1800 Steps had me sweating! Thank you again I subscribed to your channel !

Can you pls do more like this one. Also like the 2000 step and 1800 step uplifting workouts w no commentary. I’m 76 and repeat these over and over to get in 10 to 12k steps/day. Need a little more variety. Thanks a bunch!
