Buck Rogers in the 25th Century is an American science fiction adventure television series. Buck Rogers, a 20th-century US Air Force pilot, suffers an accident while flying a space shuttle. His body was frozen for five hundred years. In 2491, future people find Rogers' shuttle and return to life as a pilot.
The hero learns that the Earth has undergone a world war and is still struggling to survive. He joins the ranks of the Earth Defense and begins to fight its enemies in a familiar helicopter fighter. He is helped in this by his navigator Wilma Dearing, the object of Buck's affection and the comic character robot Tweeky.
