8yrs ago when I first saw the HECS gear I recommended to hunters and photographers alike and everyone said it made a tremendous difference for the positive. Keep up the great work 👍😁 Fill that freezer up 🦌 God Bless you and your family 🙏😇❤️🇺🇸

I've used them for years. Squirrels no longer chatter at me, even after shooing them away. I have had a flock of turkeys surround me sitting on the ground with one coming within feet after seeing me blink. (Even then, they left without spooking, just responding to the one nervous hen.) Had a doe spot me on the ground at about 20yards. She eventually continued her path and when she went behind a tree I raised and cocked my .45LC. She now had moved to where I was highlighted against open air instead of slope behind me. She walked in very slow, without stomping, to just over 10 feet, not liking the silhouette but only curious. She startled but did not bolt when I adjusted the sights a fraction for heart. When people ask me about HECs, I tell this story and show a picture of the huge channel that 255gn hardcast made in her heart...

Yea that is awesome. I love hearing these stories. I am looking forward to the rest of my season with the HECS suit. Can't wait to see how it goes.

how long has the feeder been there? i think all the deer are more uneasy because of the feeder. than you being on the stand.

So that has been there since last year, but I have been feeding there for the past 2 months. We had a lot of high wind going on on these hunts too that I think was making them more skittish.

Seems there is something to it, looks that it likely makes a difference, any advantage is good, we hunt wary game. -W. Liggett

So I got my target buck last night. The HECS definitely did not make a difference on that buck as he never looked at me at all, however, the does that were hanging around 20 mins before me was a different story. Two of the older does spotted me and pretty much stared at me a LOT. They never stomped or but up a flag, but if they busted me, I am sure this buck would never have come in.

Sure seems to help, a keyed up herd of does is very very very hard to beat period, older bucks are too, congrats on the target buck. 👍🎯🦌😎 -W. Liggett

Not denying the effectiveness of your camo, but he was likely staring at your camera, after he saw you move...the lens looks like an eye(unless you have a very deep shroud over it)

The hecs gear isn't really about the camo pattern it's about blocking electromagnetic transmissions from your body. Very interesting tech and concept for sure.

Yea I have never thought about that aspect of it while filming, however, on this hunt, I didn't have my big video camera with the big lens - I am missing a part on my mount so I only had a GoPro 360 hanging in a tree and my iPhone mounted on top of my crossbow that filmed most of the footage.

he stuck around because he decided what he saw was the raccoon....I am surprised you did not figure that out.....
@BooneDownSouth
@BooneDownSouth 2 ай бұрын
Well he stared at me for a while, then his gaze seemed to shift to where I saw the racoon. So yea he saw me, but perhaps if the suit does it what it claims, he didn't detect any human energy and was wondering what I was, but then saw the racoon, and decided yea not sure what I saw, but there is that racoon so things are probably ok. I have not thought about it in those terms. The racoon then answered the questions the buck had about what he saw. Interesting...

I'm sorry but I've seen deer do same things over feeders. Where they are let go time after time in these locations. Especially young bucks. Go watch the last THP video with Gregg. He has a doe do circles around him with him on the ground. Within 7 ft feeding. Looks to be regular camo shirt with solid color pants. Have you tried the same stand without the HEC's? Do you get different results. The thing about these type of clothes just like scentloc you can't really prove or disprove it.
@BooneDownSouth
@BooneDownSouth Ай бұрын
Yea so here is the thing. They can prove the technology and suit work at blocking our energy field if you will. They have equipment set up that detects our emitted energy and they run their hand over it and the sensor records the energy emitted. They do the same thing but with HECS fabric in between their hand and the scanner and the machine does not detect any energy. Of course they could be faking it, but after 10+ years that part could be easily disproved. The question that can't for sure be proved is to whether or not deer can actually detect that energy from us to help determine if we are inanimate or a threat. I have hunted this spot many times over the years without HECS and sometimes deer spot me and continue on, but I will say once they spot me they typically do not stay long. Many times when spotted, they will get spooked and blow and take off. Hunting season just started and I have only hunted that spot 4 times, 3 evening and 1 morning. Also first time trying HECS out, so this is fresh for this year. This video shows my 3rd time wearing this suit. The first video I did covered the first 2 times. Last night I harvested my target buck after two does pegged me and continued to watch me while they fed for 20 mins. If they spooked I would not have got my buck. All I can say at this point after 4 times using it, without having a single deer (have seen around 26 deer in those 4 hunts all close) spot me AND take off, it does seem to be doing something. It will be interesting to see how the rest of this season plays out with HECS.

The Hecs suit works. Killed 2 big bucks 2 years ago and a bunch of does. Jumped some does, they looked at me dod not move. Lucky it was not doe day. Jecs works.@BooneDownSouth

@@davidhenry8137 Yea I have had 4 outings now and have had about 26 deer within 10-20 yards of me over those 4 trips, does, fawns and bucks. On my last hunt, I had 2 does that had me pegged. They knew I was something but didn't know what I was. After the initial stare down, they would get some food and then one of them would stare at me while she chewed her food. Over and over and over. If they would have spooked and blew at me or took off, I am sure I would not have had the opportunity of my target deer which I ended up getting once he came in while the does were still there.

I don’t hunt over bait. I’ve wore a Hecs suit for 5 years now and it definitely works. I’ll never go to the woods without it.

@@buckeyehunterohio1404 I only hunt over bait some of the time just depends on the situation and time of season and all that. I love hearing these comments from folks who have been using HECS and swear by it! I can't wait to see how the rest of this season goes with it.
