Buckwheat is a pseudo-grain, which is used to make various foods due to its nutritional properties and similarity with wheat. But buckwheat is different from real wheat. It does not contain any gluten.
Buckwheat is rich in bioflavonoids, polypeptides and D-chiral inositol and other highly active medicinal ingredients, which can lower blood sugar, lower cholesterol, antioxidant and scavenging free radicals. In addition, buckwheat is also rich in dietary fiber, which can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, laxative, and has a good effect on preventing constipation.

材料 Ingredients
高筋面粉 Bread Flour : 210g
(1 3/4 cups)
荞麦面粉 Buckwheat Flour : 90g (~ 3/4 cups)
冷水 Cold Water :
165g (3/4 cups)
糖 Sugar : 30g (2 1/3 tbsp)
盐 Salt :
3g (1/2 tsp)
酵母 Yeast : 3g (1/2 tsp)
植物油 Vegetable Oil : 20g (1 1/2 tbsp)
核桃 Walnut :
50g ( ~ 1/2 cups)
蔓越莓干 Dried Cranberries :
45g (1/3 cups)
芝士碎 Shredded Cheese :适量(Moderate)
