ABOUT THE VIDEO
_
In this video, I talk about how your thoughts determine your future and how to improve your thinking.
So right attention leads to right experience, and right experience leads to right memory, and right memory leads to right thought, and right thought leads to right action, and right action leads to joy. And what is right attention? An attention that voluntarily explores the world with courage. An attention that leaves its comfort zone, that follows its genuine interests into the unknown and discovers something new and transformative. An attention still capable of learning and growth. It’s attention uncontaminated by fear.

The Buddha observed the patterns of the mind in great detail. Mindfulness is the master & forerunner of the mind and the mind the master of the body. Our thoughts _do_ matter to a significant degree!

Thoughts determine how you see yourself, which is a confidence boost you need to face world. And once you place yourself in the world and shine. Your future might not be exactly same as you expected, but better things happen. Your future comes from that initial spark in thought.

@@alessandroelcastello1524 first step would be to look what makes you happy, provided doing that things doesn't harm lot of people. If you low self-esteem, i would suggest when someone compliments you accept it and don't say, no i am not that good. And keep that compliment and bring it when in self doubt

To the *incredible person* seeing this, I wish you all the best in life❤ don't over blame yourself, accept things and go forward. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn the skills needed and get after it, all the keys to a happy life is in your hands. Keep pushing.

Not all thoughts come before actions. We simply don't have enough brain capacity for dedicating a thought for every action we about to do. Some are habits, some are reactions, some are high-level routines. We can work on both habits and routines, yes, but we can't control every single action with a thought.

I can relate. I have thought of ending my life multiple times past few weeks. But every time something stopped me. I told myself I don't have enough courage to take that step ... I have responsibilities. My relationship has been falling apart. I am not in with love myself anymore. It's a tough spot. But I know why this video popped up. It will guide me ... Silence my mind.

I am 13 now but I want to accomplish all of this before 50 1. Drone delivery. So delivering can be just in 30 minutes depending on where you live. 2. Solar power No greenhouse gas emissions are released into the atmosphere when you use solar panels to create electricity. And because the sun provides more energy than we'll ever need, electricity from solar power is a very important energy source in the move to clean energy production. 3. Passenger drone. Most passenger drones will close you to 50,000 dollars but I want to make it cheap as low as 3,000 dollars depending on how far you will travel. 4. Robot rentals and repairs. Robot rentals are a relatively new phenomenon in the world of robotics, but they represent an important shift in the way robots are deployed in industrial and factory settings. Essentially, robot rentals are exactly as the name implies - companies can rent robots and pay by the hour. The company that rents out the robots performs all of the maintenance and upkeep and responds if there is an equipment breakdown. The factory that rents the robots benefit from consistent uptime and lower initial costs to own a robot. 5. Artificial intelligence Simply put, AI allows organizations to make better decisions, improving core business processes by increasing both the speed and accuracy of strategic decision-making processes. 6. Technology. Technology affects the way individuals communicate, learn, and think. It helps society and determines how people interact with each other on a daily basis. Technology plays an important role in society today. It has positive and negative effects on the world and it impacts daily lives but remember don't believe everything in social media. 7. 3D printing. 3D printing is inexpensive prosthetics, creating spare parts, rapid prototyping, creating personalized items, and manufacturing with minimum waste. The technology is useful and thanks to its widespread availability as well as further development will be even more useful in the future. 8. Online therapy. Online therapy lets you practice social distancing - protecting your physical health without sacrificing or limiting your mental health care. Since everything is done online, you can schedule sessions that fit your life. You can schedule therapy around your work schedule, family obligations, or caring for a loved one. 9. VR technology. The word 'metaverse' has entered common usage, but there remain different ways of conceptualizing and defining it. The metaverse will be shaped by the technology we use to access it, which could include virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and brain-computer interfaces (BCI) 10. Charging stations for electric cars. A charging station also called an EV charger or electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), is a piece of equipment that supplies electrical power for charging plug-in electric vehicles (including hybrids, neighborhood electric vehicles, trucks, buses, and others). 11. Nanotechnology. Applications of nanotechnology have emerged with the increasing need for nanoparticle uses in various fields of food science and food microbiology, including food processing, food packaging, functional food development, food safety, detection of foodborne pathogens, and shelf-life extension of food and/or food products. 12. Satellite internet. It's ideal for rural Internet users who want broadband access. Satellite Internet does not use telephone lines or cable systems but instead uses a satellite dish for two-way (upload and download) data communications. Upload speed is about one-tenth of the 500 kbps download speed. 13. Online crypto payments system. Like Paypal but you can pay with cryptos like Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Ethereum. 14. Space tourism. Put simply, space tourism refers to the activity of traveling into space for recreational purposes. It is sometimes referred to as citizen space exploration, personal spaceflight, or commercial human spaceflight, and it covers spaceflights that are suborbital, orbital, and even beyond Earth orbit. 15. Asteroid mining. These “space rocks” contain a range of minerals, from water to platinum. Asteroid mining will provide sustainable resources on Earth and will afford the availability to maintain a human presence in space.

The thing about fear is that it is dependent on what you think is important. Moreover, the fact that what you think is important is or will be affected in a way that you consider to be negative. So it’s really about what you consider important and why. From experience, I have realized that beauty, health, money, or status are all things that the general population wants and usually has. However, what if you don’t have the one that you value the most? Are you lower because of this? It is here where I began to realize that this cannot be the most important thing in my life… the only way I got out was through Jesus.

Actually... the impulse to move arises before the (conscious) thought or at least the action potential. Usually the mind just post-reasons it's way into the narrative (see also split-brain experiment). Which is not to say, that ultimately the brain gives the initial impulse to move, but there is a distinction to be made between conscious thought (experience) and neurological impulses (biology).

If you have OCD and knowing that thoughts can shape future may scare you (it used to scare me now I understand). We get scared what we value and our instinct is to force negative thought to go away which backfires. So Fearing is meaning less as he tells in his other video and When your negative thought trigger and you start to fear just remember "it is absolute garbage(as andrew tate says) and it is waste of mental energy which can be used to make something beautiful." DON'T TRY TO MAKE THINGS NOT WRONG (thinking negative and trying to run or prevent it, it was never there to begin with, you just believed and now you think it's real). BUT TRY TO FOCUS ON MAKING THINGS RIGHT.

'Pure Mind' is not directly related to lack of Fear. It's the mind that is removed from personal point of view and any kind of judgement. When you reach to that 'pure mind,' you realize there is no 'right or wrong.' This 'Pure Mind' is called 'Il-Shim' in Korean philosophy. 'Cosmic Consciousness' in the west these days, I think.

from a psychological standpoint, this doesn't really hold up. thoughts do not precede action. we move out of habit and intuition far more than because we think of something to act on and then act. It is far more likely that we think after me act to rationalize the action we have committed without thinking.
