If someone likes my comment, I will again come here to watch this video so that I will remind myself everytime that it's okay to let go someone. For 2 years, I haven't been able to let go someone while knowing the fact that it's very essential for me to let go them as they don't consider me anything. After watching this video, I have truly learnt the truth of letting go someone and I will try my best to do so.

Human can’t let go because of attachments , identity and status quo esp when things are doing well. The suffering start when attachments , identity and status quo have to let go involuntarily , plus modern day social media encouraging consumerism as symbols of adequacy and for fomo and comparison with peers , it worsen the situation . That is key now . Social media pushing for envy and jeolousy is just for consumerism and business purposes mainly only

I’m a Buddhist. Even being a Buddhist living here in the US, I tend to forget this teaching. This is a basic teaching to all Buddhists. I had a high monk reminded me this: Forgive Forget & Let Go. If not, you will live with a heavy heart. I just went through a breakup. Very painful. I shall remember an important teaching to Forgive, Forget & Let you

I’m going thru the same thing . He broke up with me in my bday too, saying he lost feelings. I was the one trying to fix it. All he said was that “we could try”. The break was terrible we didn’t even establish it correctly we would text and idk why when I had to be dry or actually text back for him to miss me.. Says later he broke up with me officially theu text . A couple days later he texted “heyy “ because according to his bsf, he was just checking up on me. Saying no matter what we’d still be friends .Hw said that days later bc he could live with that, but i couldn’t, possibly imagine being friends when I was still deeply in love with him. I told him I needed a month. A month I’d no contact to figure out whether we should be friends, get back together or just never talk to each other again. That day will be June 29th and my feelings like every now and then I would still cry over it and him. And sone days i wouldn’t even think of him. Other days guys would talk to me and I’d entertain it but some times I would just be reminded of him it’s a crazy cycle . And my time b4 we have to talk again is coming up soon. Please give me some advice

We are sentenced to death the day we are born!! The only difference is the time frame we, each one brings to earth! Pls console yourself as much as it is hard to accept, but have solace, thinking of the times you father has harnessed your life to be a good adult and cherish the great memories lived! It is of importance to dedicate to develop your mind thru’ meditation which will be easier then to release ! I lost my beloved father when I was 16. Your father will be still with you in spirit until the next solid birth is established! All is subject to impermanence as Sadhu said!! 🙏🏼

God is merciful and doesn't want to punish us, but God is just, must punish sin. Matthew 5:48 4. God sent His Son, Jesus Christ to die on the cross , His death paid the penalty for our sins, and purchase our place in Heaven. John 1:1 &14, 20:28, Isaiah 53:6. 5. I keep thinking about this woman who is a friend of mine, I developed feelings for her, and those feelings are not returned. She is seeing someone else, but I keep hoping she would eventually realized that I am here. But, she won't. That's the reality. I need to let her go from my life, and move on. That is sometimes the hardest thing we can do, but it is necessary. I will keep this video in my favorites list. Thank you.

It will make you a peaceful person in the end. At the beginning it may be hard but if you keep at it life will be very peaceful. All the best 💗

This is so true! Let go, don't waste your energy on things that are out of your control, instead enjoy and focus on what you do have and are within your reach to make you feel better and move along. Live and enjoy life day by day. I don't let anything bother me and sometime somethings are harder to let go, but I've realized, it gets you nowhere and nothing but stress, white hair and wrinkles, 😆,why bother, just let go and make the best of your situation. Doesn't have to be perfect. I belive I've achieved inner peace. It just clicked one day and I stopped wasting energy on things not worth expanding it towards. I dwell on problems for very short periods and move along. It's hard, but once you can do that, you'll feel so much freer and relaxed. I wish inner peace to all, much love.💕

Truth is always simple. I am learning how to let go, it becomes one of the most critical skill as life passes. In my experience, letting go simply happens when I accept a situation, person as they are, easier said than done.. the knowledge you shared helps the process. Thank you 🙏

It's true that how our output towards worldly inputs can determine our happiness or unhappiness. Letting go is not the hardest part. The tricky part is to manage residual thoughts as thoughts are beyond our control too. They resurface time to time when the mind is not busy with day to day life.

Realize the reality of impermanent. Let them fade away, Let them go away" Following your teaching now I am trying to maintain my own inner peace within me. Thank you, please take my respect. Thank you for the teachings. I still at times go through some sadness of losing my mother in 2022, if I look at it today and even she was here alive she would be sick and sad. I would also have trouble caring for her so the word out of control and fading away well said. I started to watch your channel and the teachings of Buddhism it is very inspiring with relief. Thank you!

Lovely video and important message. It's important to try and give people real actual steps on how to let go. What process can be followed as a helpful blueprint to let go. First step is realizing you have to let go but then what are steps2-+?? Maybe meditation? Processing the loss, recreating a healthy happy story about your reality etc....etc .... The actual things one can do would be great to hear from all.

True one won’t suffer if you let go. Any negative let go. Thank you thank you thank you. A million times. Yes inner peace is always achieve once you let go. Yes nothing is permanent . Holding on to negative emotion leads to suffering. Nothing I can say but have a blessed day.

This is that special much needed sermon which changed my thinking pattern. I have started practicing mindfulness after listening to this. It leaves me peaceful and happy. But then , it is very hard to practice as mind keeps wondering all the time. The moment you realize it ,mind has already slipped away from your grip and wondered thousand miles away from you. Most venerable sir , is this really what happens when you start practicing it? Namo Buddaya 🙏

Thank you so much ❤ I've loved her so much from the bottom of my heart. It's just so hard to let her go. I had a rage problem, that I can't tolerate little problems that don't suppose to be an issue to keep going for hours, that made me so uncomfortable and thinking it's a waste of time. So I've blamed her many times for little silly problems. She broke up with me just few hours ago. This is my fault. I wish her all the happiness in the universe. I wish her every happiness, every good thing, and inner happiness soon. I don't deserve her, I know. I pray for her. I wish her to have the best person to give her a better life. I'm so sorry for everything. 🙏

It took me years to let go of situations and people to whom I hold so dearly, but the uncontrollable circumstances made me realize these are inevitable..The process was painful and is still painful but the load is now comfortable to carry, slowly and gradually I am quite sure I will get to that point of total self liberation, un-effaced by the peripheral disturbances, sure and secure with my inner peace.. Thank you Buddhism for these supplementary approaches that helped me overcome the toughest states.. With so much self awakening, I now as well understand that I Hold nothing and nothing holds me and one day I shall leave this world alone, a particle, a period, void of attachments. I am me and I am free. All is well..

Thank you so much for taking the time to reflect on this! I must admit I've never thought and reflected on the aspect you shared about how much control we have on our reaction in relation to whatever it is that we experience. I'll be the first to admit in most such cases I would either complain about a situation and worry or if I reacted badly/ angrily give my self justification and excuses that I reacted that way only because of the situation made me. What you shared as the first point about how nothing in life is in our control except for how we react to those situations is something I should reflect on and perhaps something I should remind myself daily. I once again walk away with a precious message. Theruwan Saranai!

This one made me cry. I am in therapy at 56 and learning to heal after a lifetime of emotional abuse and abandonment by my mum. I now see that my core values; honesty, fairness, trust, integrity and respect are poles apart from my mum but also my brother. To let go of my rage and hurt, to break that trauma bond, to forgive myself, to find peace and “who I am” is so difficult but therapy and finding your videos alongside are such a positive healing pathway for me. Thank you 🙏

I feel like i did wrong by not trying to make a change but im also proud of myself for keeping it in. The world is completely out of our control, but nothing is permanant and i know those kids will make it like many other children. Let go, grieve the loss, keep walking 🚶‍♀️ forward. I’ve had many losses recently, it’s very painful. I accept my grief will pass but the first step is to bid the person, the situation goodbye!! Also a part of having inner peace is acknowledging the loss and the grief that comes with it. Despite the feelings with the loss peace can still occur during the grieving process. That reminds me of suffering from my research I learned that the soul is aware of the pain and suffering it went through and continue to evolve with lessons and our challenges we overcome to move forward. Pain and suffering is temporary on earth it will fade over time as an hour glass. The soul of human beings does not carry any suffering, pain, agony, and mental illness because it knows what we all went through so we can continue to grow and use the information we carry within our souls to grow.
