I admit that I am jealousy with some of close people in my life, But trust me I don't want to do something bad to them or hurt them by any cost. I know I am a good human being, I only need to overcome this..I feel low and weak when I get this bitter feeling. 😢However I am trying my best to overcome and be a person who becomes happy in everyone's betterment ❤ I love everyone in this world... If you are watching this video you are person with pure soul. I was facing the same problem, we never accept ourselves being jealous of someone and that s the reason we couldn't overcome jealous. But the moment we accept it , half of our problem is already sorted and other half can be solved by appreciating others .

To overcome jealousy, I focus on self-awareness and gratitude. I celebrate my own accomplishments and strengths, embracing a mindset of abundance rather than scarcity. I practice empathy, genuinely supporting others' successes. Limiting comparisons and avoiding excessive social media consumption also help. Instead, I channel my energy into personal growth and fostering positive connections. By cultivating self-acceptance and appreciating the uniqueness of my own journey, I can let go of jealousy and embrace a more fulfilling and joyful life.

I fell in love with someone who had lost his wife. Initially, we were just friends, and I used to listen to his stories about how deeply he loved her. Over time, I expressed my feelings, and he accepted me as his partner. It's been more than three years, but he still holds a deep love for his late wife, Rakhi. He continues to tie a Rakhi on his wrist in her memory and uses her phone, even setting her picture as his wallpaper. Recently, when his niece was born, he saw it as a rebirth and suggested naming the baby after his late wife. I'm not jealous of her, but I'm struggling to come to terms with these feelings. I've never felt jealousy before, but it hurts so much and I thought love was selfless. I initially accepted him keeping her picture, but now I wonder why I'm still in his life if he's so attached to her. Despite these emotions, I am able to leave hun 😢😢😢😢😢😢

I'm just afraid of abandonment and when i see my friends with other people and decide to leave me out i have a feeling they like them more than me because of my fear of rejection because it's happened so many times before 💔 if i did get jealous i snap myself out of it before i go down a dark hole of negative thoughts because i have bullied many of my friends for having a "better life" than me and learned no one has a perfect life...

I am guilty of getting jealous when seeing other people succeed when I pray fervently for my gift to be revealed. This is what I’ve chalked it up to! No matter how successful someone is they’re not taking it with them when they die.You don’t know what they had to sacrifice to gain that success. Some people are so drawn to titles and power they sacrifice family, friends and their health. Shalom

This a beautiful video discussing how to overcome jealousy from a Buddhist perspective. Jealousy arises from comparing ourselves to others and stems from selfishness. To overcome it, we should admit our jealousy, recognize our uniqueness, and focus on self-improvement rather than comparison. Practicing "mudita," or sympathetic joyfulness, by wishing for the well-being of others helps diminish jealousy. Ultimately, being genuinely happy for others' success leads to inner happiness. Thankyou for creating positivity with your word.
