Can you do a video just on pet friendly condos, rentals and sales. You could use the old footage of Riviera, Siam Oriental etc with an edit and voiceover. A lot of viewers would click on it to see the info in one video. I’m also a 55yo Aussie , with a family and just want to find an affordable place to live and have a good lifestyle, but still have our Jack Russell companion. Loved the video on Coffee War. Can you explain the 50/50 transfer fee on sale. Also, a suggestion for a future video would be to do a beginners description of the layout of the greater Pattaya area. I’m finding it hard to get an idea of what the differences are between living in Jomtien Vs Pratumnak Vs central Pattaya. What are the pros and cons of each. Also, when you go through a condo and it smells of sewer gas it would be handy to know. Keep up the good videos.

Hi Matt, you know how much I love Bangers, yeah the Le Beach condo is great for the price, so close to the beach too. There is no doubt the location of Anna’s bar and rooms is a very good spot although no sea views but extremely convenient. Shame about lotto mate, maybe next time 👍👍👍

The Delmare ones were technically brilliant but came off quite sterile and not very homely for me. That view is absolutely insane though

That first condo in Dele Mare is just beyond words❤❤❤❤❤❤. The view from the bedroom with the bed facing towards Jomtien and Pattaya was out of this world , I don't think I would ever close the curtains . My reality though would be the third condo , and I did love the view over the countryside to the sea , lovely and quiet . 👍
