Kyle I’m going to send over a set of 4 flowed and matching flex fuel de capped injectors that would work great on this setup. I’m running the smaller version injectors that I offer and should support 500whp and they run smooth as butter. Absolutely great budget option because they can be sourced at any local junkyard. Be on the watch for them in your mailbox. Hope you use them. If you have questions on them or if Brent does too I can help aid in tuning with them ect. Keep up the great work looking forward to a b series build! I have virtually the same exact setup in my Crx!

DrGopta 100%!! Grommet and loom that shit up!! Ive seen guys put SO MUCH work into building a car, cut a corner on protecting the wiring and loose it all in a fire. Crazy stuff, gotta be super diligent around it!

I would put that rubber grommet back in cut a hole in it and run the wires thrugh it. Otherwise after a while the vibration will rub through the wire insulation and you will have electrical problems.

Love the chill attitude of Yeremy, I'm sure it will turn out to be a clean build. No need for show quality neither as long as you lose those haggard ways/fixes. You know torq specs are there for are there for a reason right, I always use them for anything engine/drive train related. Just takes the guessing out of it. Invest in a plastic hammer, I use it daily to knock lose valve covers or oil pans, saves you from damaging anything. And as others have said, retape and grommet those wires through the fender if you don't want to be chasing gremlins later.
@El_Chompo6 жыл бұрын
Careful removing that rubber grommet from the side fender where the wires tuck in. That's there so the wires dont rub on the metal edge and over time wear through and make contact with the frame.

Wesley Green that's what I was sayin, people say it's all in the tune. If that were true sleeving, css, and billet blocks wouldn't exist. B20 sleeve design is ass compared the b16/18's everyone I've ever known who boosts a b20 is rebuilding inside a couple months of build completion
@Mr.Saephan5036 жыл бұрын
It's a ticking time bomb. Most people don't know that a b20 block is just a b18 block bored out and that the reason why the sleeve crack and it depend on what compression your running to. Higher compression make more power on low boost but the walls can't take it so you have to put low comp piston and run more boost to make up.

Clearly great talent. However i don't understand why you young KZbinrs do things half baked and complain down the line. Wiring loom with no grommet, incorrectly installed HIDs (and saying it's crap), incorrectly torquing important studs, using washers when you could have just cut it shorter....). Come on man you've done so well. You have a great following so it's time to cut the "don't care so long as it works" attitude. You are much better than that.
@jackhofalot67056 жыл бұрын
I agree with you on taking the shortcuts for a poor quality job. However, you cannot expect these kids to just KNOW everything. Learning by mistake is honestly a huge part of doing your own work. Not everyone is born with the knowledge, tips, and tricks that you mostly only learn from experience. For their age/time working on cars I feel like they do an amazing job. could they improve? most certainly, everyone can. However it would be nice to see them do stuff the BEST way. Such as putting a fkn grommt on that wire harness.... that just relays bad ideas to some of the younger audience that might wanna try this on their own.
