Love it, this is something that reminds me of my childhood here in Scotland, " mince and tatties" was what we had on a Sunday because we couldn't afford a roast, the minced beef was fairly inexpensive and the potatoes and vegetables were from the garden, of course my Granny made the best mince beef and gravy.

Looks good Dave. I had milk to my mashed potatoes. Makes them really creamy. I bought a couple of the Portobello Mushrooms. Now to figure out how to make them. Any suggestions? Oh, I remember when I was younger, my mom used to tell me that the eyes of the potatoes were what caused Spina Bifida. I've watched enough info on the topic, and they really don't know what causes it. But she used to cut out the eyes and she passed on the habit to me. Not that I have to. Have a Happy Memorial day! 🎆

Yep she told me that a lot growing up. Of course when I got where I could do my own search they really don't know what causes it. Well things are starting to move fast with the moving. My Son got me selling the house instead of just giving it back to the bank. Also in just a week I have moved up to 5 people ahead of me when a week ago I had 8 ahead of me. They want me to come in and see if anything on my application is still the same. I know I'm behind on my videos but I'll get to them, I promise. 😊
