Fantastic budget cooking and Keto too. I tried greek yoghurt with desiccated coconut. Marvellous. We are trying the almonds tomorrow. So much cheaper (and far less sugary) than the fruit yoghurts. Thanks for inspiration. Your shed looks brilliant, I would like to do mine at some point, but I do have about 20 years plus of junk to move first.

I ripped out all the old cupboards inside (full of different kitchen cupboards) then got a man with a van and a waste licence to remove, I do love an interior project! X

Please don't store your eggs in the fridge, not good for you

You can store eggs either in the fridge or at room temperature. Eggs just need a steady temperature. If you want to store them in the fridge, where they will stay fresh for a lot longer, simply get them out around half an hour before you want to cook with them, as they cook best from room temperature. I am a former hen keeper and egg seller.

I'm sure it's fine. In Australia the eggs are kept in the fridge section of the supermarket, and everyone keeps them in the fridge at home.
