I started the same eating plan on the 2nd April. Stripped my food cupboard of all carbs and anything containing sugar (apart from baking supplies in case I entertain). So far, so good. Double cream in coffee is delish. Fridge is so empty now I'm using fewer ingredients.

Salmon and eggs are always my favorite. I am usually able to buy frozen salmon filets at a decent price. Nice to see another avocado fan. Hello Jack!

Thank you Sue! Lovely to hear from you. I was always tiny but recently weighed myself and was 11stone. And I think about health and fat around my organs etc, definitely more health than vanity tho xx

Lovely Jack 😻🥰 I don't mind kidney in a traditional mix with diced beef for stews/potato hash, but I'm not keen on it fried, either.

@BudgetFoodieUK thanks I'm doing 75 hard challenge again which says no booze. No cheat meals and follow a diet. Just going to follow a healthy clean balanced diet. Cal control. Drink 2 litres water daily and exercise daily 1.5 hours.

Must admit, kidneys are not for me. I enjoy liver in pate though; not so much cooked liver unless it is cooked by a good chef

Having steadily binge-watched for about a week, i can say with certainty that you're sounding a little depressed? 😬 Keto is horrible, and you do go thro an emotional slump. Who wouldn't? Its boring, expensive , and then you have to eat stuff like kidneys 🤢. ...and i didn't know chickens even HAD balls. 🙄
