Hey Tim, amazing review when you mention in 3:30 the PAS yes so each Different PAS modes there's 5 as you said PAS 1 will go 8 2 will go 10 3 will go maybe 13 that's how the different assist modes are with PAS. Im not sure why you said that that's weird but that's generaly how most PAS bikes are.

Awesome @marcolazer7836, I guess I'm getting used to it now :) As I review more ebikes I'm sure I'll learn more :) I've had others that the throttle will go to max speed in any gear...so I thought it was unusual....but you might be right :)

Hi Tim, thanks for the reply. I got my bike 3 days earlier than expected. Took me about an hour to get it assemble (mostly because I'm a man and men don't need instructions....until they do.) I've taken it on the road a couple short trips and I love this thing. Of course, I used to ride for exercise but I guess those days are over. You don't even need the pedals! I'm going on a longer trip today, so I'm really enjoying it so far. I do have a question. Could you reply with a link on where to find the metal cargo basket? I run across a few that all look alike but they specifically claim "only for" such n such bike. The one on the Mukkpet website is for the scooter. I'm hoping to find the one that fits my bike.

Awesome question @childofgod5115, we typically get about 30kms using mainly the battery...but more if we peddle more :)

I really enjoyed your review. I just bought this e-bike and am very excited to get it delivered and on the road. One question I have is about security. I know it's vulnerable to being stolen, and that there isn't any lock that will keep a determined theive from taking it. But do you have any recommendations on best practices when you go into a store? I've seen people walking their bike through the store, but that might not be an option everywhere. How do you lock up your bike? And, my experience with AI; I use ChatGPT and Perplexity on a daily basis. It's kinda cool to have a conversation with my computer.

Awesome question @mr_operative, I don't see why not...it's going to be heavier than a non electric mountain bike...but I'd give it a try on some trails and see :)

The basket is not included, you got really lucky in getting one sent out, in your review, because if that is the same basket you can order from them, it look's great, for your newbies who are learning and shopping around, this isn't the worst out there for sure at a price of 900.00 with shipping , but you need to probably look for wireless after market turn signals to stay safe while riding at at dusk or night time, but they're are nice choices out there for under 100.00,

The bike apparently has cruise control...the throttle will only take the bike to the max speed of the PAS you have selected and will maintain that speed. Some bikes have this feature, but some do not. Personal preference...

Man did this bike turn out to be a scam. Amazon charges you $290 then never sends the bike the manufacturer continues to sell the bike but doesn’t honor Amazon shipping. 39 people so far bought this bike and got scammed by Amazon and Mukkpet. Buy another brand people.

Exactly, Amazon took the money provided a shipping date twice and according to Amazon the manufacturer is refusing to ship because it’s not on the “sale” price they had and cancelled the order. But it’s available to ship today if you pay $500 more. Good old bait and switch.
