BUDGET FRIENDLY Weekly Grocery Haul for family of 6. With Meal Plan.

I do a seeking grocery shop and a supplemental trip to the store mid week. I have a lot of ingredients on hand, and that's why this haul is on the small side. I intentionally plan my meals so we spend as little as possible weekly.
Side note: I do use real recipes sometimes, but this week, everything is kinda eyeballed 😆

This may not be staple meals but we do a few “theme” nights to make meal planning easier and cheaper! A few examples like Meatloaf Monday (we don’t do this one every Monday but if Im in a pinch or just need something planned its great!) or just Easy no recipe needed Monday. Taco Tuesday, Breakfast Wednesday. Sometimes a “fun Friday” which is the day I’ll have time to actually try a new recipe to see if we like it. Thursday and Saturday are usually leftover days. Crockpot or freezer meals for Sunday since we are usually busy with church! I am always on the look out for easy, budget friendly and time saving meals! Thanks for sharing!!

Sheet pan meals are easy. I put chkn thighs, cauliflower, and green beans. Season, drizzle with oil. 400 for 20 minutes.

My kids staple meal is the Zatarains jambalaya mix and smoked sausage. Cheap and easy 🙌🏻 they ask for it almost every week.
