Loved this video! Very creative and so nice to see that other people use up stuff and even use products that are 'outdated'.. Just use your nose and taste a little bit to check it. It is almost always still fine to use it. 😂

I’m so glad you’re not afraid to use past the best by date. There is so much food waste because people won’t use stuff. They think isn’t an expiration date but it isn’t. I understand about the black stone! I’ve started totally assembling the quesadillas before I put them on the black stone. I’m way too slow. I just have to be careful sliding them on so the filling doesn’t fall out! Everything looked delicious! Have a great weekend!

Thanks for the inspiration! Also, don't worry about "expiration" dates. I'm in Wisconsin and everything here has "best by" dates, not expiration. Canned food stored properly is actually good indefinitely. The only thing you have to worry about with boxed food is it becoming stale after a certain amount of time, but it's not going to go bad. "Best by" only means the food will be at its peak before that date, but I've really never noticed a big difference with things like noodles after that date. It's sad that people throw good food out because of those dates.

Oh my friend we have doing pork chops like this for years with sliced onions basically anything we fry coated with flour and seasoning the best gravy ever so many fond memories 😋you are such a great inspiration to me and many others love what you did making meals so delicious nothing goes to waste including things that are past Expiration date it all works out I do the same thank you 😊🙏🏾❤️

Great inspiring ideas! We are trying to get rid of one of our big freezers, at least to empty it out and unplug it. I make a game out of it, I have my husband bring up a few random items and I come up with meal ideas. Kind of like the home version of that show ‘Chopped’.❤

Use by are generally guidelines and doesn’t mean the food item goes immediately bad. That hush puppy mix would still be good in a year. Spaghetti too. I think the dates are used just cover their you-know-whats. 😊

Great video, as usual. I love food science and just FYI, the red liquid that comes out of meat, like steak and pork, isn’t blood. It is a mixture of water and a protein called Myoglobin.

I love chicken apple sausages! I buy Aidells chicken and apple from Kroger. Hubs is not a fan, but I love them! Good for you to use everything up! I need to be better about that. Things get lost in the freezer cave!

Next time you fry something, try mixing half self rising flour and corn starch. It makes everything super crispy! I haven’t made chicken spaghetti in forever! Your video has put it on next week’s meal plan!

I make my chicken spaghetti with velvetta instead of cream cheese and I stop at the point of mixing the noodles in it, I don't bake it. It's one of my family's most requested meals.

Yay I love watching your videos!! I haven't had chicken spaghetti in forever - we call it terazzini when I am from. Also I have never seen pork cube steak - what is the texture like? I am keeping the sausage idea for this week since I have sausage I need to use up. Also I love the idea of a Cuban quesadilla, I'm going to make this and add pickles. Thanks for the great recipes!

You have to soak the Perogies in Hot Water for about 10 minutes before you fry or grill them.

I wouldn’t use so much butter on the Blackstone. It’s not really a fat but it’s has a lot of milk solids that could be hard to clean. That’s also why your tortillas browned so quickly, because the butter itself was cooked and brown when you put down the tortilla. Just trying to be helpful :)

That chicken spaghetti looked so yummy, especially the way the cheese melted. That's exactly how I like my cheese to look. I don't like the hard golden brown melted cheese. How long can you freeze cheese?
