Rs 150 Peanuts (Homemade peanut butter) 1 kg = 10 days 100 gm each day = 25 gms proteins Approximate Rs 450 for 30 days Rs 135 Eggs 30 = 7 days 4 eggs each day = 18 gms (2 whole , 2 whites) ~ Rs 550 for 30 days Rs 30 Chicken = 150 gm= 25 gms Rs 300 for 10 days in a month Rs 40 Fish = 150 gm = 25 gms Rs 320 for 8 days in a month Rs 50 Soya Chunks Neutrella 200 gm = 4 days - 50 gms each day = 25 gms proteins Rs Rs 100 8 days in a month Rs 50 Chickpeas half kg = 7 days - 700 gm sprouts 100 gms each day = 10 gms proteins Rs 100 for 15 days in a month Rs 50 Mung half kg = 7 days - 700 gm sprouts 100 gms each day - 3 gm proteins Rs 100 for 15 days in a month Rs 15 - 100 gm Curd - 10 gm proteins Rs 150 for 10 days Rs 40 - 125 gm Paneer - 20 gm proteins Rs 400 for 10 days in a month Rs 35 Brown Bread 400 gm - 10-11 slices ~Rs 280 = 8 per month = 100 gm per day = 8 gm proteins Rs 150 1 kg Oats = 50 gms per day ~ Rs 230 for month Banana 1 or 2 Rs 480 = 4 dozens in a month Apple or any seasonal fruit Rs 500 Peanut butter + Chicken + brown bread + Paneer + Chickpeas sprouts = 25 + 25 + 8 + 20 + 10 = ~ 90 proteins Total Budget ~ Rs 4000 Plus you can get proteins from other sources in more or less amount like lentils , Chapatis , Rice , oats and whatever you eat You can add other sprouts , Kabuli Chana , Rajma , etc.

Hi bro, i used to be 127.8 kgs but in past 6 months just by diet and workout i lost 29 kgs. Is it a good thing or bad and for loose skin i am thinking to do muscle training is the right thing to do, I am currently weighing 97 kg and my height is 6.1 and only 24 years old. do i have loose more
