Hey sadia, just to give u a li’l trick for different flavour, cooking garlic onion n ginger at different point will make the dish to whole new level. First cook only garlic with cumin and when its li’l brown add onions when onions are golden brown then add shreaded ginger tomato puree together untill the oil starts seprating and mixture comes together or you can add puree cashews and tomatoes to make more rich flvour and finally add whatever the ingredients you wants to add. Try this one and hopefully u’ll feel the difference.

Really nice video and recipes, so calming:) And then its important to remember that the $2 is achievable because you invest initially (or can do bit by bit as well) in the bases in quantities so that it can be used in so many dishes and end up very cheap with amazing dishes. Worth it and then plant based lifestyle can be very affordable and nutritious, especially cooking at home!

I would love to see an episode of a list of links of the best/favorite kitchen tools. Also hand pies that are meal pockets (not desserts) that can be frozen and warmed up for an easy lunch. Hand pies, pierogies, dumplings, or ravioli. Little pockets that can be frozen and saved for a rainy day. Maybe a Vlog on how many recipes can be made with one head of cabbage, how many recipes with one large cauliflower, how many recipes with a big pumpkin, and multiple recipes for things that we are pulling out of the garden and end up in the compost pile for lack of creativity. Maybe a vegan outdoor Habachi meal, and more creative outdoor camping type cuisine. Like a soup or vegetable stew cooked over a fire pit. Late Summer and Fall we are Camping more and enjoying friends outdoors around the fire. It is very trendy to have outdoor kitchens now equipt with pizza ovens, etc because people dont want to go to back and forth from indoors to outdoors. Recipes for us that do not have fancy outdoor kitchens but a fire pit with friends and everyone that wants to cook and stay outdoors before Winter is here again.
