I tried this the other night, great results, cake was very nice indeed. I have the dual Cosori so all I did was turn the cake over at the end of the cooking time, take the paper off and cook for another few minutes or until the bottom is cooked!

I agree with a previous comment, be nice to take a bit to the allotment to have with your coffee. Looked very nice. Be interesting to see if on bike in sun sir fryer without any heat at the bottom but the tray to circulate, if it works. May give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure, partly because the cosori has a heating element underneath as well as on top. I could try in my ninja as an experiment thou, have a feeling the bottom would be runny but it might be worth a go just to find out
