This great band has been so underrated. I saw them in the 70's and I was blown away by them. However, anybody who has listened to them will know how good they were, Bandolier is fantastic and I still play it now. Many other bands have used their music and for those who appreciate them they will never be forgotten.

My friends were big fans back in the day, but the years took us on different paths. I never got around to buying any of their albums but I did enjoy their sound. Budgie fell off my radar as time passed. Now that KZbin brought them back to me, I remember why I liked the and I won't lose them again. I never got to see them live. 😞✌️🖖

Babe Ruth are massively underrated legends. I am glad they recieve royalties for all the rap music samplings of them, sadly they get pigeonholed only into that one category all the time by these guys, it kinda pisses me off how closeminded and idiotic they are for thinking that's the extent of their music. They are obviously much bigger than that, and far too great to be associated with anything like that.

I remember cruising Lindbergh in 1975 when this was released. KSHE played the hell out of it. 1969 Chevelle, 396 big block with a rock crusher 4-speed. New Cragers all around, air shocks in the rear to allow for fat 50 series tires. New 6x9 Jenson Tri-ax speakers in the rear! Passing a few joints and a few cold beers! Miss those teenage years...

Love this song - a masterpiece. Saw Budgie a couple of times in the late 70's - first gig had a huge audience - second gig they had a support band called Def Leppard - who were really mediocre - but it seemed that most of the painted denim jacket teenies had come to see the support. After the piss poor support finished their set, most of the audience left. I've been waiting to ask what that was all about: What was that all about?
