I got into Budgie bc of Brütal Legend. As soon as I heard them, I was hooked and went so far as to back-order two of their albums through a local record shop bc I couldn't find them anywhere else. When my dad took me to go pick them up he was so shocked that I even knew who Budgie was. It was one of those rare moments where we really bonded over mutual intrest and since then he's gifted me several of his old Budgie vinyl records he had when he was a young man. I love them so much and I love that we share such a deep love for music and the power it has to bring people together.
